This company provides me with service, even when the warranty is up. Usually a 5 star rating in my books. Today I arrived at 11:00 am as indicated on my appointment card. The receptionist said I was one hour early and I could not see the audiologist until noon because he was in his 11 o'clock appointment. I was upset and told her I have an 11 o'clock appointment. She could not do anything and according to her, my appointment was in the system for noon. I left and returned at noon. I gave my appointment card to the audiologist showing the 11 am time. He apologized and we proceeded with the appointment. Frustration and my wasted time. They did however provide me with a few extras to as an apology.
