Then I tried to just schedule an appointment for her to be seen and we could bring the paperwork with us only to be rudely and sarcastically answered by Andrew the scheduling manager. He was rude and very unhelpful. That's just how we do it, and that's not how things work is not helpful. We will find another provider.
