Unfortunately, after receiving a nasty phone call from the owner, we will never use this company again. We received a bill electronically with a payment due date being one month after services. I wrote a check a few days after receiving the invoice and put it in the mail. The owner, David called me a week after the service and asked why I hadn't paid yet. I explained to him that I had sent a check in the mail and that the due date on the invoice was still 3 weeks away and they should receive the payment with plenty of time before that date. He told me that I should pay with a credit card and that payments for one time treatment were due on the day of. I explained to him that I hadn't been told that and the date on the invoice didn't specify that either. I asked him what he would like me to do seeing as I wasn't late on the payment and it was in fact in the mail on the way to him. He told me to pay with a credit card. I explained to him that this wasn't an option at this time. He continued to harass me about payment and I told him we would talk if he hadn't received it by Monday. My husband called back to try to understand what the problem was and was immediately harassed about the payment, David telling him that we should have known payment was due upon service. All this being said, customer service is obviously not the owners strong suit and because of this, he lost our business.

He suggested on putting down 2 traps and he got them all set up. Well I get up this morning and looked and we had caught 2 of the biggest Armidillos I've seen. Sears (supposed to be a reputable name) took 3 weeks to get to get to me, and it was impossible to speak to a human being! ABC was reassigned to my claim on a Tuesday and they were here the very next day. Dason, the technician was early for the appointment which worked out better for me! He diagnosed the problem within minutes, and ordered the part right away. They called me as soon as it came in and had me in the schedule the next day. Guess what! Dason was early again! Took about 15 minutes and he was finished. I had a washer again! He even noticed that my dryer thing wasn't connected great to the vent, so he taped it back together for me. Everyone I spoke to in their office was friendly and responsive. Would recommend!

Worst of all they did not alert us that they were not coming- we asked how the cleaning went and found out. Because we were already out of state, we had to scramble to find someone else to clean on short notice so our realtor could show the house. Despite their no‑show and the financial impact it caused, the owner refused to issue a refund. Despite trying to remove the spam, I still get spam "promotions" from this co all the time which has reminded me of the poor experience. This was a very bad experience I still get reminded of.
