I'm here for a work training event that requires me To get to work at 4am the next day...after an hour of going back and forth with front desk staff, they finally gave me a room and they said it's only for one night and I have to check out of my room when I leave at 3:30 the next morning to go to my original assigned room hoping that maintenance will have fixed my AC. The "updated" room they gave me has every single dish ware dirty and not washed due to the dishwasher being broken.

When we asked if he was there for us he said sarcastically "No! I'm here for the other group of people!" One of my coworkers gave him her bag to be loaded in the car. He picked it up and literally threw it into the back of the vehicle. I asked him to please not throw our bags because these are personal items. He very Rudely said "Oh! These are personal items?! Naw, I thought they belonged to that man over there!" I told him all I was asking was that he didn't throw our bags. He said "I didn't throw the bag and I don't have time for this BS!" I turned and left as the conversation was becoming unnecessarily aggressive. Through the back of the vehicle he yelled "Just so you know SIR... I didn't throw the bag! This is just BS!" The entire 20 minute drive we had to listen to talk radio pretty loud. I didn't personally book this car, but had I we would have walked away.
