What an incredible experience with Executive Car Service! I was planning a work event - Global leadership was coming to Charlotte and schedules were complex... I sent Jerome at Executive Car Service the flight schedule and shuttle service needs ahead of time, made quite a few edits due to travel adjustments and Jerome + Team were on top of everything! I couldn't have picked a better team to handle transportation for this event with massively complex travel needs. I will definitely be using Executive Car Service again next time I have a need, and have shared contact information with my colleagues in case they are looking for transportation services in the future. read more

I had a very poor experience with executive car service today in Charlotte, NC. The driver pulled up and did not say a word. He just opened the door and looked at us. When we asked if he was there for us he said sarcastically "No! I'm here for the other group of people!" One of my coworkers gave him her bag to be loaded in the car. He picked it up and literally threw it into the back of the vehicle. I asked him to please not throw our bags because these are personal items. He very Rudely said "Oh! These are personal items?! Naw, I thought they belonged to that man over there!" I told him all I was asking was that he didn't throw our bags. He said "I didn't throw the bag and I don't have time for this BS!" I turned and left as the conversation was becoming unnecessarily aggressive. Through the back of the vehicle he yelled "Just so you know SIR... I didn't throw the bag! This is just BS!" The entire 20 minute drive we had to listen to talk radio pretty loud. I didn't personally book this car, but had I we would have walked away. read more

Scheduled a 15 passenger van for a group of global executives (CEO included). I phoned twice to confirm and stress the importance of the group. Was assured that everything was set, the van was a new model etc. 15 mins after scheduled pick up, I called to find out where the driver was. Placed on hold for 5 mins. Was dispacted to driver who said he had made a mistake and had to turn around bc he picked up a town car and not the van requested. CEO and Global execs were waiting for 20 mins and were now behind schedule. Group ended up taking multiple cabs to the location to meet their deadline. Aside from the mistake, there was no attempt in that 20 mins to proactively inform the group of the error or that they were running late. I called to find out what had gone wrong. There was no manager, no ower, just a dispatcher. I asked that management follow up with me ASAP. THey actually ran the credit card and I got a bill before I ever heard from mangement! Cannot recommend, will not use again. read more

Executive Car Service saved the day! The Wedding Day! Executive Car Services had a stellar performance when "Royal Rides" reserved through Angela Recinella failed to pick up the bride. When the 1961 Silver and Blue Bentley was a NO SHOW at the Inn, the professional drivers of Executive were there to hold her hand and the door!!!!!!. When "Royal Rides" failed at the church the bride had to ride with the photographers. At the end of the celebration "Royal Rides" once again failed but Executive Car Services gave the couple the royal treatment and because of this professional company and their wonderful staff these newlyweds began their "happily ever after" with a smile! I was in a jam as my car in the parking lot at Charlotte Airport broke down after midnight the night before the storm. I called the kiddos and they said that it would be about 15 minutes to get somebody to the airport. Considering I thought I was going to be there all night that was a bargain. Driver arrived when he said he would and where he said he would. The price from the airport to Matthews was not cheap but given my alternative and how friendly and efficient the driver Michael was I would book executive again with no hesitation. read more

I had a great experience with Executive Car Service. I had to change my Monday morning pick up time to an earlier time last minute and they rearranged driver schedules in order to accommodate me even though Monday mornings are their busiest days. The friendly driver showed up on time (actually early) and the car was very clean. I would definitely use them again. read more

Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a 1 way from the airport. The price came in too high, so I called to cancel. The gentleman said that they would honor the same price as a cab, so I went ahead with the reservation. The day of the pick up - I was 30 minutes late on my arrival flight and NO ONE was waiting for me! I was on a very tight schedule, so that's why I chose them over a cab! I had to wait - when I specified that my flight came in at X time and I was on X flight! They told me that they would track my flight and be there waiting for me NONE of which happened! VERY DISAPPOINTED in this service!!!! Only kudo I can give out is that the driver was great once he finally picked me up! read more

To begin, I was not picked up curbside, rather was escorted across two busy intersections, up four flours, to a parked car (in the middle of the day in Summer in CLT)! Apparently a special request has to be made to have a pick-up service, attentively pick you up, instead of play follow the leader. Next, the female driver was dressed in extremely casual apparel. Her pants showcased white elephants on them and these were paired with what looked like to be a cotton long sleeve cotton t-shirt; the whole get-up looked like a pj set! Next, the car was filthy, carpet had stains all over it, and appeared to be used both as a professional AND personal car...I mean there were crumbs on the floor in several spots, spilled liquid stains, scuff all over backs of chairs, doors, center console; the car was a mess. Finally, the driver somehow could not get the hotel address pulled up on her phone, so was therefore 100% reliant on my phone...what would have happened had my phone been dead? What if I didn't carry a cell phone? Overall experience was mediocre to say the least. I was highly unimpressed, and had I been the one who had reserved this service (a company I was interviewing with set this all up) I would never use them again. I plan to pass on my thoughts on the experience to the company so they know to no longer use this company for pick-up service....for the price paid, the service was not up to par, even in the slightest. Executive Car Service came through in a big way when my colleague was stranded by US Airways at CLT. She needed to get to Williamsburg, VA that night and US Air made her miss her connection and had no seats on flights going anywhere near her destination. I called Executive Car to ask them to drive her 350 miles, and they rolled out a driver, Carlos, right away. He had a late model, spacious vehicle and was the consummate professional, and got here there will in time. The price was steep but cheaper than that quoted by any other service. I would call this company again without hesitation. read more

I just wanted to write a review and thank ECS for the service you provided during my wife's incredibly crazy travel ordeal on 10/31. Your tenacity and the driver's attention to my wife's plight was nothing short of amazing!!! She was away for nearly 2 weeks dealing with a death in the family and the process of grieving, along with liquidating assets from the estate. Mentally & physically exhausted, she began her journey home from NY to Charlotte at 12 noon. After dealing with a connection and long lay over in Philly, she was finally on the last leg of the journey back to Charlotte at 7:30pm. Due to bad weather, he flight was rerouted to Raleigh and this was a huge let down; she was breaking down emotionally. How was she getting back to Charlotte at 10pm when the Charlotte airport was closed?! Your driver, who's name we don't recall, made it is personal mission to not only get her home but he was a great emotional supporter. This gentleman was prepared to drive to Raleigh and make sure she made it home. We believed him too! That helped her clam down and realize that this was going to be O-K! At last, the airline arranged for the plane to fly from Raleigh back to Charlotte, where your driver was at the ready and determined to get her home as quick as possible. This driver is a true angel and the service provide by Executive Car Service was WAY beyond our expectations - all for the quoted price! 3 hours late and nothing but amazing service. I have been using their service for about a year now with close to a total of 30-40 pickups and not once had a problem. Always on time, always confirm my reservation and even send me the receipt as requested.
