Impressive Service far beyond what I could've expected from a Tree Service Company. Dave immediately answered my text with a phone call on a Sunday Morning and his dad, also Dave, came driving in our driveway to inspect the damage without being asked too. Now, that's service. He checked out the tree that had fallen in our driveway and asked it we'd be able to get out without any problems. I said, yes, I'll just drive around the house and through the side yard. We talked about the tree and said his son would come by in the morning to price out the job. Within an hour, I heard a chain saw running out from, I went outside and to my surprise, there's Dave (dad) with truck & chipped cutting up branches and chipping them from the driveway. No price discussed, no contract, no agreement to pay, very unexpected to say the least. He was concerned that with rain coming later in the day, we would not be able to get out of the yard in case of an emergency. He said if we didn't like the price the next day, there'd be no charge for what he had done for us. The next day, I met with Dave (Son) and he gave us a great price. Keep in mind, this was on Patriots Day, a Mass Holiday, we agreed on price and within 2 hours Dave (Dad) was here with helper to get the job done. Finally found several vendors on Home Advisor and Victor's was the first one I called who (a) picked up the phone, and (b) came out the very next day to give an estimate. Derek (Victor's son) was our main contact and he was amazing! Very professional and thorough in his approach, clearly takes pride in his work and understands the value of working with integrity. The project took a couple of weeks due to weather but we were able to see ongoing progress and knew what to expect because Derek had explained the process.
