This used to be my favorite Vape shop up until today! I or my wife went in here religiously. Sooo today July 19,2019 I asked about a specific coil that I haven't seen before. The coil was the V12-Q4. Having no knowledge about the coil, I advised the female behind the counter that I've never seen before, and could tell her knowledge was lacking in the store, told me that it could fit my V12 Prince tank. THEN SAID, yea it'll fit, though larger, it'll fit and went on about some other coil story that fits another tank and that these "light up red, I thought they were on fire!" Well having my hopes up to using the coil and get home later on, they don't fit AT ALL! Soo I call and the manager picks up. He gives me the spill about no returns on the coils. And I explained the whole story of asking the staff, that's SUPPOSED to have knowledge, of the coil sold me the wrong one after telling her I HAVE A """"V12 PRINCE."""" I told him that that is a staff error! So he proceeds to tell me that he was in there when she sold me the coil. LIE DETECTOR DETERMINES THATS A LIE! She was the only one up front! Next, if you were in the back and heard the whole conversation, why not correct it???? It's ok though, I'll never go back and continue to spread my story. I so want to give this place a 5 star rating, but I just can't. Their staff is amazing, they have a great supply of devices and juice and nice touch screen to shop for flavors which is a great touch. The big problem is with their tasting station setup. They do not have dedicated tanks/coils for each flavor! To try them, they wanted to drip directly onto the coil of MY ecig, which is already saturated with a different flavor therefore you can't actually taste the juice in question because it's been adulterated by another flavor. So then they dripped it onto one of their own coils (which again have been used for other flavors). You just can't get a real idea of what each flavor tastes like. I was really disappointed. I would go out of my to shop here regularly if I could actually try different flavors. I hope they will get it together and then I'd change my review. read more

The worst! Horrendous service. Huge cloud of vape blown directly in my face, followed by a highly unenthusiastic, "May I help you?!" Extremely overpriced! They have no business being in business. As always, I hate giving negative reviews. However, I find it my duty to inform other consumers. read more

Been to several Vape shops and this one by far beats everyone else. In terms of customer service, knowledge, and just being rad people in general. I will never go anywhere else again. read more
