Adrian has all those qualities and more! I honestly could not have asked for someone better! I searched and found him here on Yelp, and quickly saw how he was able to help others and thought I'd give him a call. He was super responsive, easy to talk to, and right away I felt like we clicked. He was it! There was no evidence of sales pressure, desperation, or false sales tactics to win me over. He was honest and knowledgeable about the current real estate market in his area and the surrounding areas of the bay. When I explained to him my situation, on budget, desired areas, and type of property I was looking for, he instantly made me feel comfortable and made the buying process more of a reality. He was able to take all that I wanted, and narrowed it down to what I needed, with a little extra. :-) When it came time to meeting in person, he instantly made me and my fiancé feel very comfortable and we both felt like we had been friends for years! We literally spent 3-4 hours talking in his office the first day we met! Over that next month, we started our home search in Stockton, California. We always felt that he was available whenever we needed him. He put me on an automated client property search, which sent me listings in my criteria, which I thought was super fun. I enjoyed getting new properties to check out in my email every day. Anytime I had a question about any particular property, he was readily available. He NEVER made me feel like I was annoying him or asking too much. Because this was my first property, Adrian was able to refer me to a fantastic lender. I was impressed by both of their customer service, professionalism, and expertise in their field. Adrian didn't pressure me to make "that move" until I was ready. When I was ready, he walked me through the entire process of writing a strong offer, which ultimately got accepted! BUT, unfortunately, after doing inspections on this property, I decided this property was not the right one. Adrian stood by my side! He always supported my decision, even with a little advice. This next step truly tested his professionalism for me. I decided after much thought, that Stockton, California was not for me. So I decided to search in Sacramento, California. Adrian once again never faltered! He didn't even flinch and said, "ok, let's do it!" Even though Stockton, California is his home town, he drove 45 minutes to an hour just to show me property and did it with a smile. After some time, we made another offer in Sacramento, and for the second time, because of his talents, he was able to get our offer accepted. Once again, walked me through every step of inspections, helped me make phone calls to the right people, and again did it with the same enthusiasm as when I first met him a few months before. Without getting into detail, Adrian had an unfortunate family situation, and NEVER led on, and continued to be professional and available. Seriously, I could go on and on about how Adrian made my first real big investment painless and exciting! He will now be our number one and only RE agent for our next and many investment properties. At my current home I had serious doubts. But to rewind and speak to the professionalism, responsiveness and courtesy, I've been able to text Sal when I've been in the market to move. Ill simply text to see if he has what I'm looking for and I get an answer. -At my current lease I texted Sal asking if he had any 4-5 bedrooms around 2000 per month "this was 2019" month after month for about 6 months straight. He always replied within 24hrs. One day is reply was I have one now that you can drive by. So after work I drove by and fortunately when I got here "ironically just as it happened at my first lease with Sal" the door for the property was wide open so I was able to knock and check the place out. WOW!!!- the previous tenants destroyed this place. The tan carpet was black and matted. The cream stove was golden brown from all the grease, along with the microwave above. The dishwasher was broken, leaning and........om*g there were roaches infested inside the dishwasher and all throughout the house. Crawling up the walls EVERY WHERE!!! The front and back yard was destroyed. There was no grass and the sprinkler system was broken up. The house was nice, I knew it had potential but I had a ton of doubt. Sal assured me that home would be fully repaired and livable. There would be no pest, new paint, new floors, new appliances, replaced fixtures and grass with a gardener. I trusted Sal. He told me to come back in a week to take a look. I came back in a week and his repair man Pepe was here replacing all the floors with wood plank flooring, new floor boards and all the walls were already painted. And most importantly my skin wasn't crawling from all the pest. I moved in within a month from when I first saw this place. The application process was very smooth and simple. Grass and a new sprinkler system was put in my during my first week living here and we've had routine pest control over the last 4 years since September 2019. I've never owned a home but I'm soon to be in the market and there's no way I wouldn't consider this realty group when I'm ready to buy.

1 Star - Extremely Unprofessional First Encounter…read more My very first interaction with Valley Pacific Management and Investment was enough to let me know I would never rent from them or trust them with any property I own. I received a call from a representative stating they were taking over management for my mothers rental property and that February's rent was due on the 1st. When I explained that I had already paid the rent through the same app I've always used--because I received an email saying it hadn't been paid--he immediately became rude, irate, and repeatedly talked over me. Instead of having a calm, adult conversation, he was too busy running his mouth to actually listen. He insisted a new lease had to be signed, and even though I clearly said I had no issue signing it, he didn't hear a word because he wouldn't stop interrupting. He then escalated the situation by threatening a Notice to Vacate if the DocuSign wasn't completed by Friday--yet no forms have even been sent. I had to check him on his lack of professionalism and the way he mishandled the information I provided. If this is how they treat tenants on day one, I can only imagine how quickly they'll lose people. Steer clear. Choose a company that knows how to communicate respectfully and professionally, because with this one, you'll be disrespected for absolutely no reason.
