She is also readily available to visit sites so the buyer doesn't miss a great opportunity on a home. She helped us find services to evaluate & complete inspections on the homes we put offers on. She did not chastise us when we pulled out of deals based on inspections or reports. We appreciate that she didn't make us feel guilty or work any less finding us the right home. She knew our likes and dislikes so we viewed homes that were our potential new home, we did waste our time or hers. She is readily accessible by phone, text, or email. Ashlee did a wonderful job negotiating in our best interest & letting us know what would be a reasonable offer or term. Ashlee especially knows the Lodi & Woodbridge areas real well. Extremely disappointing experience with Lodi Property Management…read more My experience with this property management company was extremely frustrating and disappointing. After moving out, I received my security deposit refund with deductions that I strongly dispute. I left the property clean and made significant efforts before vacating, including shampooing the carpets and cleaning the windows, window tracks and seals. Despite this, I was charged for carpet cleaning and additional window cleaning. The carpets were already threadbare from age and normal wear, yet I was charged for cleaning that I do not believe was necessary. The documentation provided to support the deductions raised additional concerns. The invoice was handwritten, not itemized, and did not provide a breakdown of labor, hours worked, or how the charges were calculated. It contained scribbled-out items, different handwriting, and additional handwritten charges that made it unclear what work was actually performed and what amounts were being charged. I also have concerns because the carpet cleaning invoice came from the landlord's own business rather than an independent vendor. This raised questions for me about transparency and whether the charges represented actual, necessary expenses. Throughout my tenancy, I experienced multiple issues that were not handled to my satisfaction, and the move-out process only added to my frustration. I believe tenants deserve a clear communication, accurate documentation, and fair treatment when it comes to security deposits. I would not recommend this property management company based on my personal experience.
