I called one of my favorite contractors and he was out within a week for a very reasonable estimate. He promised to get it done the next week and he kept his promise! They took my information and said they'd call One-Hour for them to call me directly. Waited an hour and still no call back. I called the after hours call service again and was told they'd call One Hour again. It is now 11:30 pm and they have still not called me back. If you're not even going to return phone calls, remove the "24/7" from your business advertisement UPDATE: It's now almost 11pm (24 hours later) and still no call from this company.
