I needed gutter guards because birds were getting too comfortable with my house. I asked one company for a quote and Yelp sent the project to multiple parties... I'll get the bad parts out of the way. Techs arrived an hour late. I operate on a schedule because I value my time. This shouldn't have happened. Be on time for all things professional. When they arrived, I didn't know. Apparently there was a text on my phone at 9:05am, but as I said, I operate on a schedule, so I was busy and didn't see my phone. I knew they were there from hearing a ladder hit the top of my house. Again...professionalism. Ring the doorbell or call. Don't just start work. There are ways of doing this... Turns out, once the job got started, Fred noticed that my gutters were installed with similar laissez-faire, so he was good enough to fix those issues while he was up there. That above and beyond was wholly appreciated, so they get an extra star. The tardiness absolutely would've lost that star, normally. Fred seemed like a decent, easy-going guy, and a pleasure to deal with. He was the first to contact me when Yelp told everybody about my project. Days later, a different company just called me about the job, so I like Fred's not wasting time on this (aside from being late.) However, I like bidding wars for my attention, so I told him I'd wait for other responses. He knocked off a hundred bucks to get me to reconsider. As a card carrying Liberal, I also like wars to end quickly. The job was well done. I mean, it's probably hard to do it badly unless you're really trying. Before the work, he came by the house and I picked out which guards to use. It cost me a thousand dollars for 2.5 stories, 4 "bedrooms." It's a big house. I expected that price. He worked from 9am to 12pm and during that time removed a nest. I don't do lateness and I'll never let it slide, so I mentioned it here without taking away stars. All in all, good work. A. read more

So far so good! I just had the Seamless/Sureflow gutters installed this morning, waiting on the rain to be satisfied with the full install. However, Freddie and his team did a great job installing my new gutters. He provided an estimate faster than any other company through this site and was able to do the job the same week. Fred and his guys installed two runs of gutter and two downspouts for me. Overall a pretty terrible experience. They jacked up the shingles where they stuffed the flashing underneath so the shingle line was all wavy when you looked up at the house, they skipped some sections of leaf guard that I'd paid for and we had discussed and specifically agreed that these bigger gutters would need wedges every 4 feet but he put them every 8 feet and didn't mention anything. Once he was done he knocked on the door ready to be paid. I walked around the house with him and asked him if he was happy with his quality of work. He said yes and then I started to point out all the things he missed doing correctly. He then backtracked and said he was going to fix all those things before he left. Hard to believe considering he had already took down ladders and sent his guys home. I also pointed out all the aluminum scraps and screws his crew left around the perimeter of the house. Not safe for kids or pets. Then when it was time to pay him I had the invoice in hand and told him I'd pay in cash as he said he offered a 10% discount if I did so. I then calculated 10% off the invoice price and started to count that out. He then starting explaining his invoice included the cash pay price. That was never stated by Fred or noted anywhere on his invoice. What a sleazy move. Lastly, if everything else wasn't enough, he only put in 2 downspouts for 100 feet of gutter. Far too little- so the gutters overflow in an anything more than a drizzle. You'd think a professional wouldn't make a mistake like that if he knows (or cares about customer service). Now we'll have to have another company come out to fix Fred's amateur work. I'd recommend everyone look elsewhere. Far too many other companies in this space. I imagine nearly all are better. read more

Statewide provided same-day expert & professionsal service on our home for a gutter repair (storm/wind). Corrected using better than original materials installed. Arrived about 8pm and didn't charge for after-hours services. Fred (& his team) delivered an exceptional customer/service experience. Fred is a very good and swift installer. I gave him the address of my house and he gave me an estimate right away. Just keep in mind folks, as a rule of thumb, your square footage of the house should be the approximate price of gutters. Plus minus. Fred gave me a perfect price right away, didn't need to schedule an appointment to drive up for the quote, that saves you a lot of time! Thank you! Freddie and his team did a great job installing our new gutters. He provided an estimate faster than anyone else and was able to do it over text/email and a quick site visit even when we couldn't be home. He didn't try to upsell at all (so nice! such a rare quality!) and we were able to discuss options quickly without any pressure. He drove out to show us a gutter guard sample and was patient with numerous questions. He and his team installed them quickly on a cold and windy morning. The gutter guards were a comparable design to a national company, but for a much better price. His warrantee is more limited than some other larger companies, but the cost savings more than makes up for it. read more
