This company was hired to repair/replace the deck for a house we were buying and it appeared they…read morehad never built a deck before! They reused parts of the existing deck that were not in good condition and really should have been replaced (stair risers). They cut the existing 4x4s so the were no longer properly supporting the deck and they didn't replace them with new. The bolts that they used were insufficiently sized for the load of the deck. The decking was not properly spaced so water could pass thru. The railing was not attached properly (it literally swayed back and forth) and they had to come back to "fix it" which they still didn't do properly, they just added some small pieces of wood and a lot of additional nails to join the railings together. So, only a few years later and it all needs to be redone again. Would not recommend this company to ANYONE.

The owner, Todd Craven, personally came out to look at the desired changes within hours of contacting. I had three big name companies give estimates on the same work for nearly 4x the price of Todd's final invoice. Floors were installed, a window (in a main wall) cut, the whole kitchen gutted (cabinets, flooring, all appliances), Not including all the small fixes they made upon our request throughout the process. The manufacturer of the cabinets completely missed the mark on the correct measurements, sent the wrong ones, and even left out a few main pieces. This caused a large delay with the installation of appliances, leaving us without a working fridge. Todd eagerly volunteered a extra, personal fridge he had, while we waited for the completion of our kitchen. Todd's team was very understanding and accommodating with the multiple changes in the delivery of items. Unexpected custom work was done to insure all cabinets, flooring, and appliances were up to par. Over all, Vets Fix It is wonderful company with an amazing crew. They went out of their way to provide the best service possible. We are extremely happy with the top quality, affordable work they provided.
