I'll get the bad parts out of the way. Techs arrived an hour late. I operate on a schedule because I value my time. This shouldn't have happened. Be on time for all things professional. When they arrived, I didn't know. Apparently there was a text on my phone at 9:05am, but as I said, I operate on a schedule, so I was busy and didn't see my phone. I knew they were there from hearing a ladder hit the top of my house. Again...professionalism. Ring the doorbell or call. Don't just start work. There are ways of doing this... Turns out, once the job got started, Fred noticed that my gutters were installed with similar laissez-faire, so he was good enough to fix those issues while he was up there. That above and beyond was wholly appreciated, so they get an extra star. The tardiness absolutely would've lost that star, normally. Fred seemed like a decent, easy-going guy, and a pleasure to deal with. He was the first to contact me when Yelp told everybody about my project. Days later, a different company just called me about the job, so I like Fred's not wasting time on this (aside from being late.) However, I like bidding wars for my attention, so I told him I'd wait for other responses. He knocked off a hundred bucks to get me to reconsider. As a card carrying Liberal, I also like wars to end quickly. The job was well done. I mean, it's probably hard to do it badly unless you're really trying. Before the work, he came by the house and I picked out which guards to use. It cost me a thousand dollars for 2.5 stories, 4 "bedrooms." It's a big house. I expected that price. He worked from 9am to 12pm and during that time removed a nest. I don't do lateness and I'll never let it slide, so I mentioned it here without taking away stars. All in all, good work. A.

Josh provided an estimate for us and identified areas to improve water flow that the builder didn't think of. The estimate was detailed and a fair quote provided. We had to put the gutter project on hold due to other priorities that popped up but when I reached out again, Josh was quick to respond and update the quote. The 3 person crew came out and did an excellent job installing 6 inch gutters with gutter guards. The team showed up as promised and got to work. They cleaned up after and the new gutters look great. First thing he did was replace the stack boots. The next thing he did was look for nail pops and he found as many of those as he could and seal them up. His fee was extremely reasonable. In fact, when I got the bill I said "That's all?" and let out a holler. John, in addition to being very professional, is very personable, easy to talk to, knows what he's doing and he likes to get things done RIGHT. When it comes time to replace that particular section of roof and sheathing, this will be one of the first companies I call for an estimate.

Well, I couldn't be happier with the results by Quality Seamless Gutters! We replaced the two troublesome ones on our lower roof with wider gutters and that really took care of the problem. Thankfully there was no damage to the facia from years of overfill and backfill. They also found the gutters on our higher roof needed tweaking on how they were sloped so they'd drain better. The crew was fantastic to work with. Excellent attention to detail, including cleanup. It was really wonderful to see the great camaraderie they have amongst them too. Highly recommend!
