De'Shaun called me one day to tell me he'd found a way to save me $100 on my condo insurance. It just happened to be at the moment I discovered someone had smashed my car widow. He immediately called a window-repair shop that came to me to fix my window, the very next day. He took a pretty crappy situation and turned it into no-big-deal. And I didn't pay a dime for the window repair (except to tip the guy who did the repair, who was awesome - Douglass from Competition Glass). De'Shaun went through all 3 of my policies with Allstate and got me the best deals possible with the greatest coverage on all of them. Every so often I get a call from him telling me I can save money somewhere. Most recently, he saved me $500 on my car insurance. Insurance is one of those things I avoid thinking as much as possible but I'll always answer the phone when I see it's De'Shaun calling because I know he's got good news for me :) Generally, though, with all of my concerns, this agency really goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service.
