This is my first time writing a Yelp review, and unfortunately, it's for the worst experience I've ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. I know that is very cliche but I really mean it. DON'T GO HERE. I had four cavities filled, and not only did they have to redo two of them, they didn't even fix it right on their second try. I ended up going to a different dentist to fix all four cavities, and they told me I would have been better off if I had never gotten them filled in the first place--this place actually made my cavities worse. If you have any dental anxiety, don't come anywhere near this place. The dentist and assistants spend more time gossiping about coworkers than focusing on patients. The X-rays they take are blurry, and the whole operation feels like a money grab. It seems like the dentist is more interested in cramming in as many procedures as possible rather than doing quality work. The only positive aspect of this place is the friendly front desk staff, but that's not enough to make up for the terrible experience. read more

Dr. Wendt is the best, most caring dentist I've ever had. His work is wonderful and he is always available for emergencies, which you might have a little wait for. The dental assistants are very pleasant and professional. Prices are reasonable. Part of another reviewers concerns were the clothing the behind the desk workers. She carried on about it several times in her bad review. Well, those workers are very helpful and professional. You won't find a better dentist anywhere! read more

Needed a root canal & a crown. Very reasonable. The whole procedure took 2 visits. The crown didn't need any adjusting. The dentist is very friendly & gentle. I won't hesitate to go back in the future. read more

had a new bridge put in a year and a half ago. such shoddy work. bridge did not fit well big gaps between gum and bridge now a year later bridge is loose and supporting tooth has cavity. now I need new bridge and more extensive work with more expense. New dentist was appalled when he saw the soddy work done by Station Dental in Aurora. I actually have PTSDs over this practice. Would never recommend this dental practice!! read more

Great overall experience. I had a full dental implant surgery performed there and it turned out perfect. I'm incredibly happy! The price was very reasonable. I had to pay cash because my insurance would not cover it. Great staff. read more

It's a rare occurrence that I get upset enough with a business to actually feel compelled to warn others. My recent experience with Station Dental was one of those rarities. After having to wait almost 2 hours in the waiting room for a simple dental cleaning, I was then led into an exam room only to have to wait almost another hour before a dentist, not a hygienist, came in. When I asked him why such a long wait he said he had to do an emergency procedure. When I then asked him why there was no hygienist he sternly responded saying they don't have one. And when I asked him why not he rudely said 'if you wanna pay for one we will have one'!! At that point I got up from the dental chair and walked out the door. Place is a total joke and should not be serving unsuspecting patients. read more

I waited an hour & a half for my apt, and the staff came off extremely rude like you were bothering them every time you asked them a question. Extremely poor customer service, will not be returning. This was first appointment here and it will definitely be my last. read more

Despite their lousy reviews on Yelp, I've used Station Dental for years for regular care and some major work and they are fine. The waiting room is very clean, the staff is friendly, they will see you on short notice and their rates are reasonable. read more

Waited over an hour. Waiting room was packed with still 4 people in front of me. Office staff rude and unhelpful. This was my first and last appointment, I left before being seen. If you have a full day to spend waiting for a dentist and don't mind a packed waiting room w unhelpful staff this is the perfect dentist for you read more

I have to add to my first comment, this is a horrible place and all the work that was done has had to be re done at a reputable dentist! I cannot stress enough to stay away from this place! Hands down the worst dental experience I've ever had. I walked out and sat in my car hysterically crying. I had an apt at 4 but was waiting quite a bit. There were other people so I figured they were running behind. By 4:45 the receptionist looks at me and asks who I'm waiting for. I told her I had an apt at 4 and she goes oh I need you to fill out paperwork. I sat there for 45 minutes. If she even acknowledged me during that time she would've known I was a patient but she didn't. When I finally got called in the dentist whose name I can't even remember bc I was so traumatized ripped me apart. He told me whoever did my braces "f***ed up my mouth" and that's why "I look like that" he also talked about a lot of personal things about relationships, cheating just very inappropriate. The main reason I went was because I had a piercing that pushed against my gums and exposed my tooth root. I told him I hate the way it looks because you can see it in pictures and his response was "yeah I know it looks ugly but there's nothing you can do just deal with it" DO NOT GO HERE. IVE NEVER HAD SUCH AN UNCOMFORTABLE ENCOUNTER. Quite possibly the worst dental experience. She got me all wet from the hose and toothpaste everywhere. Hurt my gums! I thought it was a simple cleaning and turned out to be worst than a root canal. read more

I urge everyone to stay away from here! Thankfully I questioned what tooth the dentist was about to fill because they were going to work on the wrong one. I got up and left. After getting a second opinion at a reputable dental office, I was told that they had overlapped the x-rays making it difficult to accurately read. If I had not stopped the doctor, I would have had three unnecessary fillings (that would have later needed root canals). Also, the office charges $25 for copies of any records / x-rays. The images that I had left with to take to my new office were not even the right ones! They gave me images that were 2 years old. I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointments each and every visit. I hope more people save their health and never step foot in Station Dental. read more

This office is absolutely unprofessional! my appointment was at 930am. There staff did not show up till 950am to open the doors. many people where standing outside in the cold a few of theys people had to be in there late 60's or early 70's. when we where finally let in the representation was dressed in tights and uggs Hmmm very nicely dress when you work for a doctors office! after signing in me and my son sat-down. a few minutes later they call me to the front to tell me they where not my assigned dentist. What they have been my doctor over 4 years. she told me i could not be seen. i told her i scheduled my appointment four mouth prier to my appointment today and in that time no one once said that i should call my insurance company to make sure ever thing was OK. she said we always tell are peasant to call. Hmmm well no one told me that or i would have. so i called my insurance company and changed it affective right then and there. my insurance company gave me a reference number for the dentist office to run so the could bill them. i told the receptionist and with a atitude she said we do not do that. they do not take the reference number its agent their policy. i said wow really you've done it in the past. she did not want to work with me and when she told me i could come back in 24 hr when it shows in the system. i said no this is BS she did not care that i no longer was going to deal with them. so i called back my insurance company and they said that's BS and they have never heard that an office will not take the reference number. with this being said their office staff is not nice. they talk to you any way that wants. half of them don't speak English. they make up things when they messed up. they also are dressed very unprofessional, disorganized and when you call they never pick up. read more
