My appointment for August 12, 2026 was as a new patient. My upper dentures had broken into two…read moreseparate pieces so I was desperate to have them fixed and also to have a new replacement made. They took X-Rays of my complete mouth and said they would work on getting the authorizations for all the different processes. I kept in touch, but the office kept telling me that the authorizations were denied, pending, etc. I finally called my insurance company on August 20th and was told that everything was approved with referral numbers pertaining to each procedure code. I immediately called the office to get an appointment to proceed with the work, but since August 20th all I get is an automated system requesting that I leave a message and, if there's an emergency, to call another number. I called that number just to get another automated system asking me to leave a message. I've been doing exactly that several times every day, never getting a returned call. Meanwhile, having no alternative but to eat without my upper teeth, I accidentally got something lodged into my lower gum. My mouth has since become very swollen and painful, and I've left several messages BEGGING for someone to call me back, at least for an Rx for antibiotics. This afternoon, I finally reached a "temp worker" at the office number who scolded me for not accepting an appointment for NEXT week!! She said they were so booked because so many of the staff were on vacation. I tried to get across to her that this was an emergency, but she said to just go to a hospital!! I called her an asshole and said that I would be filing a complaint with the State Dental Board. This office is so incompetent in so many ways. If you want to keep your teeth and your sanity, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
