I am leaving this review to document my experience attempting to obtain basic follow-up information…read moreafter my recent appointment. On February 17, 2026, I called the office late morning/early afternoon to request written documentation outlining the procedures and recommendations discussed during my visit, as well as clarification regarding why my next appointment was scheduled for three months instead of the usual six. I was told the office was very busy but that the information would be emailed to me by the end of the day. I did not receive anything. I called again about 15 minutes before closing that same day but was unable to reach the receptionist. On February 19, I sent an email requesting the same information. I received a reply asking which location I had visited. I responded within 10 minutes. I did not receive a follow-up. On February 20 and February 21, I called and left detailed voicemails clearly requesting that the documentation be sent to me via email. On February 24 -- one full week after my initial request -- I received a missed call and voicemail from a different receptionist returning my call. When I spoke with her, she began explaining the information verbally over the phone. I reiterated that I had repeatedly requested this information in writing. I was told that if they sent the documentation, I "might not understand it" because it contains medical terminology, which I found inappropriate and dismissive. I did not ask for interpretation, I asked for documentation. At that point, after multiple calls and emails, I went to the office in person to obtain the information directly. I was provided a copy of my X-rays and a sheet listing four recommendations that had been denied by insurance. I was not given a comprehensive treatment summary, a written explanation from the dentist, or clarification regarding the purpose of my three-month recall visit. The paperwork did not reflect everything that had been discussed during my appointment. The primary issue here is not the treatment recommendations themselves, it is the lack of clear, timely communication and the difficulty in obtaining basic documentation after multiple attempts. Patients should not need to call three times, email three times, and then appear in person to receive incomplete information. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in communication so that future patients do not experience similar frustration.

Love this office. Everyone is so nice & supportive. They always try their best to get me in asap…read morewhen I have an emergency. Sometimes there is a wait, but that is common with most busy offices. They are busy for a reason! Recommend!!

I recently had seven successful implants and one extraction done by Dr. Capuano, and the experience…read morewas truly exceptional. This was my fourth oral surgery, but my first time at this office. My previous three surgeries were at a different office. I actually liked the oral surgeon, and during our consultation, he felt confident that he could successfully place two or three implants. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. The first surgery was extracting five teeth, the second one was attempting to place the implants and the third was removing them after they failed. If I had remained with that office, the surgeon explained that one possible treatment was a mesh implant, but estimated it had only about a 50% chance of success. Another option was dentures, which was incredibly discouraging. The difference in the final results between these two offices is night and day. Before, my mouth was left raw, red, and incredibly painful. This time, Dr. Capuano's work was clean and stitched up beautifully. He and his entire staff were amazing, compassionate, and answered all of my questions . They turned a stressful situation into a massive success. I cannot recommend Dr. Capuano highly enough!
