The area is modern and pretty unique, being over two floors, the upper floor has a Starbucks and toilet and shower facilities, while the fast food options, along with Waitrose, and even a Post Box, are downstairs, in an area which also includes the communal seating. Brands at Hopwood Park are pretty much the standard Welcome Break offering including Burger King, KFC, Subway, Waitrose and multiple Starbucks locations. (I understand having a drive-thru and one inside, but no idea why they need one upstairs and downstairs as it just creates confusion with online ordering). Prices are obviously inflated due to location, but nothing too extreme compared to other MSAs. Overall if travelling in the Midlands area and your journey requires the M42, this is a great place to stop off, due to being a modern and clean motorway service area with good facilities, not extending beyond fast food but still handy being just off the motorway. 4*

He is very rude quoted one fixed price then when I picked the car up demanded 60 pounds more saying that's what he had quoted and then ranted and raved lick a lunatic. This is the last time I will go anywhere near this garage, which is a shame as the mechanics are good.
