Brandon Pfizer is the worst!!. I had a Roof Leak in 2019. It has consistently leaked ever since. I have been waiting for them to "resolve" this with the insurance company,. only to get a letter in the mail that stated, the Insurance company issued a check back on 12/2020, which went to the law firm. It's been over a year and my attorney (Brandon Pfizer) has never contacted me to tell me they received the check, nothing, zero. I had to find out through the insurance company who is voiding the check now because it's over a year old and has never been cashed. Now I have even more damage to my exterior roof and interior living area, due to the length, this has gone on with no resolution. Why would ANYONE want someone from this firm to represent them? Bottom line, they don't care, but I'm sure he'll make sure he takes his cut!! BEWARE You cannot trust them to do the right thing. I would give them a zero if I could. I called my attorney again only to be told AGAIN, he's unavailable but will call me back tomorrow.
