After being ripped off by another attorney in the Tampa area, we were referred to Mr.Garcia and it feels like it was heaven sent. Mr.Garcia as well as his staff ALWAYS took the time to explain things to us, send us copies of any work done on the case, and even willing to work with us when we were late on making payments to cover his retainer. I have nothing negative to say about this gentleman or his staff and hope anyone reading this review gives him the opportunity to work for them. Mr.Garcia, THANKYOUFOREVERYTHING!

They work so well together. And they take care of one another. For a long photo shoot, they got food for the team and supported a local cause, I don't remember which, by ordering from a certain restaurant that was donating for every sandwich bought that day. There were so many details like that, the intentionality is through the roof. They have give-aways cabinet and they go support local youth sports teams and local elementary school fairs and career days and are so involved in the community giving back in person! I referred a friend who was in a motorcycle accident and Melissa talked to him and he thanked me. She was so quick with the call back too. Time is ticking when some accident happens. The team is so kind and I want to work there! I told them they could just pay me in compliments. They give credit where credit is due and empower their team to be the best in such a healthy happy way. It is impressive. I luckily have not used their services first hand, but know people who have and their reputation is legit. They are that good balance of empathy and grit. Kindness and pushiness to get stuff done right. Save this place in case you or your people need a good experienced personal injury lawyer.

Not only did he not offer a dime back the office didn't even mail a sympathy card. For a professional in the business for so long who works with the elderly "helping" families you would think a card at the very very least would be mailed. Nothing. My professional opinion: don't waste your money, or time. Rehabs and/or ALF's have case workers who will help you as part of their job and will show empathy and support. The lack of empathy, and unprofessionalizm is not ok and not worth adding to the already overwhelming stressful session of life.

We are extremely disappointed with Yesner Law, Shawn Yesner…read morehimself, in the process and outcome of our case. We provided comprehensive evidence to this firm throughout five years, expecting diligent representation. Communication was inconsistent, and we feel our legal matter was not given the professional attention or priority it required. For over half a decade, there was minimal action, several delays, and a structural failure to prepare and advance our legal matter in a timely manner. Before the trial, we were patient and understanding since the whole world was dealing with covid. So meanwhile we just continued accumulating more evidence. We looked into finding / locating our own witnesses and professionals that would help stregthen our case. Shawn did not do any of this, he was too busy with his bankruptcy cases. He even sent the subpoena's just 2 business days before our trial date. Many of our witnesses had prior engagements. Unfortunately, despite having all documentation provided upfront, Shawn Yesner did very little to no preparation for himself, our witnesses and for us. All this in the next five years timeline that we got little to no preparation, nor good results and this is unacceptable for professional legal counsel. Unacceptable is, Yesner preparing himself during our trial. He didn't even know our home layout and kept apologizing because he seemed lost. We would go through the large stack of printed pile of evidence and handed it to Yesner, but he didn't use it. He didn't even hand in to the judge 1/16 of our evidence. Our 5 years of evidence was all in our usb and printed out on our desk during trial, but Yesner did not hand it to the judge to look at. The only evidence submitted to the judge was just a few print outs that were handed in to the list of exhibits. No wonder our trial had a bad outcome. Not only did we have to pay $57,000 of lawyer fees, court fees, a countersuit and we still have all the repairs that started this case. What took place was so bad that not even an Appelate attorney could help, since not all of our evidence was shown to the Judge. We feel betrayed. We cannot recommend Yesner's law firm and their services for anyone seeking timely or proactive legal support.
