Sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes as fourth car in line they took one cars order and were on the second car after 35 minutes I called the manager and the manager said the drive-through wasn't closed but that they were so shorthanded that's the best they could do? The food was very good. The cleanliness of restaurant was questionable. Floors felt greasy, seats and walls between seats were really dirty. The ladies bathroom needed cleaned. But, I worry if food area was clean-the restaurant wasn't busy and food took quite a while to receive. It was hot though. DO NOT STOP AT THIS STEAK SHAKE.. We have been to it several times and the service is subpar, tonight we walked out after waiting for our food for 40 minutes. We asked our server several times why haven't we received our food and she just kept saying the Prime takes longer. Well there is no way a hamburger takes 40 minutes to cook. She never brought my salad, our shake or even checked back. We had to physically go get her. When we got up to leave the rude cook in the kitchen said it's done now are they leaving or do they want it. We started to sit back down and realized that it really wasn't done. There were people that were leaving that came in 15 minutes after us and their bellies were full. We finally just left. This store needs new management, waitresses and cooks. Got there at 7:10 and waited till 7:50 for 5 shakes. There was only one other group there and we waited for shakes that at best we're milk straight out of a cows udder.... awful wait time, awful shakes and a complete waste of money! Never again.... read more

This place was not so bad. I had the Cajun fries and friend had the chicken fingers. They have a lot of menu options and a lot of different shakes including the "cereal shakes" which seemed interesting but I did not try it. Place was clean and food arrived quickly. Definitely not the greatest service. We walked inside to be seated, and stood next to the 'Please Wait to be Seated' sign. The waitresses clearly looked at us and then quickly looked away. We stood there for 10 minutes next to that sign waiting for a table before we decided to leave. Not a single staff member acknowledged us in the 10 minutes we stood at the door. We were very disappointed, and will not be returning any time soon. However, we did end up going across the street to eat at Cracker Barrel. The food there was amazing and 10/10 would recommend. I would give it a zero if I could. I waited an hour and 15 mins for 4 milkshakes. They were busy so I was trying to be nice and understand until we got back to our hotel finally and my husbands birthday cake milkshake had peanut butter in it. My chocolate Reese's milk shake was not Chocolate and had m and ms and Reese's cups. Clearly they did not clean the milkshake machine. That's a lawsuit if you have someone allergic to peanut butter. There were people waiting in the drive thru for 45 mins! And then wrong food! Burgers were served that were sitting there for 30 mins on the prep table. This Steak and Shake is right off the freeway.it is very crazy unless you have coupons that come from the mail. The service and the drive-thru is very very slow. It's okay if you don't you're not in a hurry .my thought was it supposed to be fast food but it's not!. The food was decent. read more

Place is very dirty , service indifferent and the worst Steak and Shake around. This will be my last visit.

They only have drive thru open even though they could open indoor dining in Ohio. Each car takes 10 minutes. I could literally make burgers and fries at home in half the time. Food is good, but they are in no hurry, I think there in only one person doing everything so they could collect PPP money and decided they don't need customers. Several cars left because they did not want to wait. It has been like this since pandemic started. Apparently they haven't figured out what every other fast food restaurant has figured out. The motorcycle in front on has been at drive thru for 15 minutes now and still hasn't moved so apparently that one person went on break and we are supposed to wait. read more

Amazing service! The waiter treated us very well, always came around to see how we were doing. Just a little heads up, the sliders are really, really, really small, it is smaller then the palm of my 13 year old sister! But the chipotle flavor is a must. read more

Bit high on prices but their food is really amazing if you can ignore the prices. It's still worth to eat here either way. As for some of the waiters/waitresses, it varies. Some days, they got nice people on other days they're not so friendly. read more

I'm sure this place gets the brunt of a lot of mad patrons as they exit the battleground that is I-71 for a tired bite to eat. For us this is a great stop on the Columbus to Cleveland trek. The staff has always been very nice and the food is overall great!. I will say this last time we stopped in when the place was packed...it was like they forgot about us. Finally someone else came with our food. Probably just a bad combo, of the dinner rush and being sat in the furthest corner in the joint. Food was still good!. read more

I'm an oddly reluctant fan when it comes to this. The food was well priced and quite tasty. I mean, how can you not have a tasty burger when you melt half a stick of butter on it. (The Wisconsin Burger...it tells you right up front on the menu that it's topped with butter in the cooking...and I figured you only live once and I don't much frequent the Midwest). My strawberry shake was exceptional. The only reason for a star lost was because I felt like I ate half a stick of butter about an hour after lunch... Perhaps I should have just known better. I love steak n shake and stoppped here for my usual once a year treat. Service was good. Ordered a small chili with fresh cheese & onion. Arrived COLD.Told waitress about it... she YELLS MICROWAVE this more to the cook and 3 minutes later brings back the same bowl with all the cheese and onions NUKED. Not cool- sent it back... Got these wonderful shoestring FF and yummy till I got halfway down and were swimming in frigging OIL- never drained them. The burger did not taste quite right as it is usually so crispy tasty-looked inside...bun not toasted. Poor experience at this location. Grill I could see all outside filthy...buns stuck way under the grill.... condiment station tile walls full of grease. Within the hour I paid for the food I ate.... On the good side the food was super inexpensive. BUT I will not use this location again. read more

This restaurant was one of the least friends and least accommodating places I have ever visited. I purchased gift cards for the holiday season and they gave me a coupon for a free Carmel Apple or s'mores shake. I asked for the snores milkshake and the drive thru attendant said they didn't have it even though it was good through 11/30/14. I asked if they would substitute for another milkshake and she said no, but it was happy hour and it would be half price. That defeated the purpose of having the coupon but the worked couldn't get that point. After arguing for a couple of minutes we drove away.
