Ian was so patient with me as I tried on a bunch of other things as well and took extensive photos for my own notes; he also brought over recommendations which were generally spot on. His garment bags are very well made and apparently done by the same people who make Cucinelli garment bags. AND he has all of the authentic hangers which is not what most boutique owners can claim.
