The Owner M. seems like a kind, pleasant and well spoken young man. We purchased our equipment at thousands of dollars from him. For almost 3 years I have been on auto pay for them to secure and monitor these 2 properties. Our home was robbed and we were not even notified! His security system never alerted us or him. We had to call him while the police were there doing a police report. We experience faulty equipment repetitively. Door alarms, window alarms and cameras not recording or blacking out. I kept the faith until I realized that he was mistaking my kindness for weakness. He will tell you he will take care of problems. We always had to continually call every 2 weeks to remind him. He never keeps appointments. He will give you every excuse why he was not prepared or why he could not accomplish and tell us he will reschedule. I called him 3 months ago to install a camera. He never showed but kept assuring us he would. This guy is not trustworthy. You are hearing this from a God fearing individual that loves people. I don't ever want anyone to experience the dishonesty that my wife and I have experienced for almost 3 years. I called my brother who also used him from my referral in the beginning and asked about his experience. Great guy. I had a couple of issues that I would expect someone with so much pride in his work to…read morehave handled differently. First: he accidentally broke an exterior light in 2 places but didn't tell me. I noticed it when I was looking at the fixture, which was completely smashed on two sides. I sent him a photo and he said he must have hit it with his ladder and offered to replace it. That's pretty difficult to miss hitting, but whatever. I asked if I could pay him to install another light that was broken on my front porch, of course I would pay for that. I ordered the light based off the part number. Partially my fault for not taking it out of the box to inspect it, but I had to leave the house and he installed the light. When I returned home I noticed the light was 2 times smaller than the other 2. I mean, wouldn't a professional ask a customer "did you notice the size difference", especially because it's so noticeable, before installing the light? My usual electrician certainly would have because it's his name and company reputation and he doesn't want something to look bad or be incorrect without reconfirming with me. Now I have to pay my usual electrician to uninstall the smaller light fixture and pay to have the correct size installed. I take responsibility on part of the issue m, but I expect more from people who take pride in their work and this issue impacted my overall satisfaction. Good job installing my Ring system. I've had a few issues with sensors installed incorrectly that I have been fixing myself. I won't use him again but I would recommend him, just double check his work before he leaves and don't expect any "extra effort" on his part. Definitely knows how to install the cameras and door locks and set up the Nest system. Zero issues there. Worked quickly and pleasant to work with. Trustworthy to leave alone in my house (which I'm usually weird about). So still impressed by him and most of the work he did for me.
