They immediately went to work and discovered I had a fouled spark plug. I asked them to change them all, and the guy went to work. Because it was lunchtime, I had to wait for him to run out and grab something to eat (which I didn't mind). He returned in almost no time and finished the job. I was back on the road in about 90 minutes. Fair price for the work. Friendly service. I'd definitely return here if I lived in Alexandria.
