I realized what had happened when I cut my foot open on a shard of glass and couldn't figure out where it and the small rocks that were in it came from only to realize my vase was missing. I contacted the company email but never got a reply at all. They did a good job cleaning the ducts mostly, except they didn't take off the covers for my cold air returns, so missed some of it.
