The guys were here on time (5 minutes early) for the appointment and were incredibly professional. They cleared probably 10 years of gunk from my furnace and ducts and I could hear what was coming out from under the floor boards there was so much! They took their time to make sure it was spic and span even though I could tell this was more than a 'normal job' would entail having obviously not been done in many many years. Since we no longer live in Toronto, I am unable to have them recleaned by the company. The smaller rug was as dirty as it was before cleaning. This carpet had been in a bedroom that was not used often, so the dirt was just from slippers. The larger rug now has an orange-line stain (see picture). I'm surprised by all of the excellent reviews since both of my rugs were not cleaned properly. The rugs were picked up, cleaned, and returned in under two weeks and the delivery men were pleasant and efficient.
