We needed to have the carpet cleaned in our master bedroom and closets to maintain the carpet warranty. Dan came to our house the day after our call for an estimate, and while there we asked him regarding cleaning our tile/grout in the rest of the house(he even brought his own shoe booties and didn't need ours, as we don't wear shoes In the house!). We felt his quoted price was fair and we scheduled a service appointment. Dan and Steve arrived on time and started their work. Both worked extremely hard for many hours using a tile cleaning machine and on their knees with brushes cleaning the grout and a carpet cleaning machine on the carpet. Our home is large and there was many square feet of tile to be cleaned, but they persevered until the job was completed. They did an excellent job on the tile and an excellent job on the carpet. They even cleaned a couple of area rugs at no cost. Both Dan and Steve are clean-cut and very respectable. They left the house in perfect condition and took all the water from cleaning with them when they left. We are very picky people and expect good service for our money spent. Dan and Steve gave us above and beyond what we expected. When the time comes for a carpet clean/tile clean, we will be calling Steam Team for the job. Thanks guys for the great job! read more

I was able to call Steam Team and get an appointment in the same week. I really like that this company is owner operated and local. He was on time and efficient. I have an in home residential care for the elderly and he was able to work around my clients and get the carpets dry fairly quickly as to not interfere with their day. Look no further, Steam Team is the best in the area! My husband and I recently purchased a home and needed our carpet cleaned all throughout the house. There were several spots that appeared to be a combination of pet stains and various spills which we tried to clean on our own, but without success. Additionally the tile in our bathrooms were a bit moldy and needed some serious cleaning. Rather than spending weeks to try doing this all ourselves and since we clearly weren't having much success, we decided to turn to professionals. We weren't quite sure who to trust with our recently purchased home, but received a tip from a neighbor that Steam Team would do the job well. Steam Team did an outstanding job! From the very beginning the owner, Steve, patiently answered all of our questions, doing a thorough walk-through where we pointed out some specific spots and he found other stains that we didn't even see. After it was clear that we could trust him in our home, we left to run errands. We were were told to return in just about 3 - 4 hours. My husband and I looked at each other like he was crazy. And he was right; we returned about 3.5 hours later to find our home looking practically new. They did an amazing job! The carpets were spotless and the tiles were all shiny. We could actually walk on the floors without feeling any dampness. Not only did they clean all of our floors thoroughly, but they also treated our carpets with Scotch Guard and sealed the grout in our tiles to ensure that they would remain clean for a very long time. This is the second time we have used Steam Team and we are so happy that we found these folks on Yelp. Different man did the work this time and we were impressed because he arrived right on time and we were able to get our carpets cleaned the day following our initial phone call. Great guy, very personable and was in and out in about 1.5 hours. We have egg shell colored Berber carpet that is fifteen years old. When all was said and done, it looked as good as it did the day it was installed and was totally dry by the next morning. We have already recommended Steam Team to two separate homeowners and they too have been very happy. Great job done! read more

They were very easy to work with a did a GREAT job. The house had two large dogs living there for two years in a yard with nothing but dirt, so the carpets were very dirty. They got them looking like new. Steve is great. I found him through yelp reviews which have never failed me when selecting businesses etc. He was quick, very efficient and knowledgeable. I had him clean the tile floors in our downstairs kitchen and bathroom because we had moved to our new home recently and our socks would look dirty by the end of the day even though I routinely mop and vacuum our floors. It turned out they just needed a deep down clean. Steve did just that and he sealed the grout. It's been almost a year since that cleaning and there are still never dirty socks or dirty toddler feet in this house. I just called to schedule our upstairs bathroom tile floors to be cleaned as well as the sectional sofa in our media room. As usual Steve was very accommodating with the date I needed him by.
