We originally booked them to clean our Airbnb couch and carpets, but due to some difficulty navigating arrangements through Airbnb, we unfortunately had to reschedule more than once. Then, just when we thought we were finally set, an unexpected winter storm came out of nowhere and prevented the technician from even being able to get to the property! Through all of this, Eric remained incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. Not once did he make us feel like an inconvenience. When the day finally came, our technician Nick showed up -- and WOW. He was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. Not only did he do an incredible job (our couch and carpets looked brand new!), but he was also genuinely funny and personable. He made the whole process enjoyable. He even shared a hilarious and shocking story about his cousin pulling a prank on him with his baseball cards -- future clients absolutely need to ask Nick to tell that story! Just had my carpets cleaned by another company, i specifically asked to do what they could on some bad/old pet stains, but when the carpet dried all the pet stains we hoped would come out resurfaced even worse than before they were cleaned. Like they were new all over again! I found Steam Pros on Google and read about their specialty pet cleaning services and process and called to ask about it. They answered right away and I texted them photos of the pet stains left behind... they called me back quickly and gave me a knowledgeable consultation and asked me to do a test cleaning on a small area to see if the problem was fixable or not before they come out and waste my money. The test cleaning was so successful that I was able to clean all the stains myself. It was a very selfless and honest 1st interaction with Steam Pro, they could have taken my money but didn't. Highly recommend using Steam Pros. Eric is AMAZING. A guy who knows what he's doing with your tile/carpet and has integrity. My husband and I recently rented out our home and found Eric through his great reviews online. We called and got an appointment quick and easy. When he arrived, we were expecting to have both our carpets and tiles cleaned, but he was honest with us and explained how our tiles actually didn't need the deep cleaning he provided. He saved us almost $200 that he could have made by being honest. I don't know about you, but those are the type of people I recommend to my friends and family. Furthermore, he offered to lend us some of his cleaning supply for free if we really wanted it! Eric ended up doing our carpet throughout the house and they were perfect when I got home. I wanted to take a minute to say what an incredible company this is and how incredibly outstanding the employees are that work here. I was in need of a carpet cleaner for my mothers home. One of her dogs had a medical condition that left...let's just say a "mess" in almost every room in the house. It was a happy accident that I got in touch with the owner Eric last night. He was nothing but the consummate professional, reassuring me that my mother would be well taken care of and that he had full trust that his service technicians would be able to take care of the job. The big box carpet company would not install the carpet I purchased from then in a loft that was accessible by a library ladder. Steam Pros took over and installed it at a very fair price! This is such a wonderful service. When we first had our carpets installed we used the Carpet Cleaning Service the carpet vendor recommended. Yet . . . there were still some stains in the carpet that remained. The next year we switched to Steam Pro's and (even a year later) they were successful at eradicating the stubborn stains. We have never had such a trusting, professional and outstanding company at our house before. Eric the owner was so nice, and had such a great attitude. He did an outstanding job to a very old, and dirty carpet. We have a light color carpet that shows the orange dirt up here in Georgetown, and three little dogs that are not such good boys. I recently purchased a new home. The carpet was new. After six months the carpet looked very worn and I was afraid I would have to replace. I am beyond amazed at what they did with my carpets. I have 2 teenage boys and a small dog. The stains and wear and tear on the carpets from these 3 were bad! Chad was prompt and professional.
