I hired Out of Sight to clean the carpets of a commercial building I am moving into. It had been used for years by young children without anything more than vacuuming, which of course left many dark spots and stains. I didn't hire Out of Sight because they had the lowest quoted price (which they did) but just because they seemed like nice people and assured me their equipment was up to the job as I described it. It took a couple hours and BOOM the carpet looks almost brand new! The only stains they couldn't get out were likely ink, which they said is nearly impossible to get out of carpet, but 95% of all stains were just GONE! I can't speak to their overall cleaning skills, but when it comes to well-used commercial style carpets, I would HIGHLY recommend Out of Sight Cleaning to do the job correctly and with great results!! It can feel strange having people you don't know coming into your home but these ladies were very friendly and put me at ease... they even let me work along side them so we could get more done in the two hours I hired Out of Sight to clean. I was glad that they were OK with that. I hired them to do different tasks than your typical house cleaning. They cleaned this inside of kitchen drawers, dusty light fixtures and chandeliers, the inside of my fridge and my oven which I have never cleaned in 7 years! Their work was excellent and efficient. Probably the worst carpet cleaning service I've ever had. When my renters moved out they hired Out of Sight Cleaning to do a move out carpet cleaning. After the cleaning, I noticed that the rug was still completely covered with dog fur and smelled horrible. When I asked the technician why he hadn't vacuumed or if he could vacuum, his response was "sorry I don't have a vacuum". i'm now having to hire another company to come out to re-clean the carpet. Clean Building Interior (Janitorial Service) - For Business I was very dissatisfied with the service. This cleaning was for a commercial office building. First of all they did not clean all of the surfaces. I had to clean after they left. Just wiping down the backsplashes took several wet paper towel because it was filthy, I wish I could post pictures! . It had obviously not been touched. The stuff that was in the freezer, which I asked them to leave or put back in there was sitting next to the freezer in a very soggy, heavy cardboard box. All of the furniture was moved and not placed back, it was just scattered in the rooms. It wound up costing double what the bid was. When I contacted Andrew, he said they could come back out, but I had already cleaned and straightened up what they hadn't. I didn't have time to drive back and forth across town the next day and I had a showing following that. I wouldn't recommend. read more

Dusting- Five stars: They did an awesome job dusting, they ran cloths over EVERYTHING in my house, which was awesome because not only do I hate dusting I'm super allergic. Everything got dusted SUPER well. My mirrors all look amazing. Toilets- *****Five Stars: They cleaned these super well, I have two small boys and all the various drips got wiped away nicely. Showers- **Two Stars: While one of my tubs looked excellent my shower with sliding doors still looks pretty bad. They got the stall done really well but the track and doors are still fithly, it's this kind of thing I wanted to hire cleaners for since it is a pain in the butt to do but really I expected more from professional cleaners. Walls and baseboards- ***Three Stars: Meh, Some baseboards got dusted but some areas got skipped over completely and the corners were not done. I know this is a deep clean type of thing but I hired these guys for a "Move Out Cleaning" as it said on the work order and that is pretty standard on all move out inspections I've had. Kitchen: ****4 stars, the cabinets got wiped down and look amazing, they cleaned out the inside of my microwave and my stove top but skipped the oven, there were a few spots on my sink I had to scrub with some baking soda to get the nooks and crannies clean, also my counter top had a few spots that were skipped. Windows: **2 stars, This was something I specifically requested and the girls did a great job on the windows they did, especially my sliding glass doors, but the tracks were not vacuumed out on any of the windows and they skipped about half of my windows. Vacuum: ****4 Stars, everything was vacuumed well but they used my vacuum. I've noticed some house cleaners usually bring all their own equipment, including vacuums so I had I known they would be using my vacuum I would have cleaned it out before they came. My vacuum is on it's way out so they did the best they could with it. I would have preferred they brought their own. Sweeping: *****5 Stars, They really got my laminate flooring nicely and got around my wood stove beautifully. Mopping: *1 Star, Really I am terribly disappointed in the floors, I've found myself on the floor on my hands and knees scrubbing spots up they missed. The area behind the toilets was completely skipped and around the base of the toilets was not cleaned. There was visible dirt in the corners that was skipped in every room as well as visible dirt on the floors. If this had been just a weekly cleaning I'd say they did an okay job, but again, for a "Move Out Cleaning" I expected a more thorough job. Professionalism: *****Five Stars, The ladies who came were very professional, they got down to work and worked the ENTIRE time they were here. They were dressed appropriately in uniforms and were very friendly. Overall that averages out to a 3-star job. They were OK, and probably nice for a weekly clean but I don't think I'd call them again for a detail oriented clean, which is what I needed. They did make the job of getting my house ready to sell a bit easier, but not as easy as I had hoped. read more

I'm searching for a cleaning agency to complete a deep clean after we had our house painted (underestimated the dust factor and my cleaners are busy as this is my off week). I'm learning that trying Out of Sight Cleaning over a year ago was such a bad experience, I felt compelled to write a review. Which is my first review ever. I'm always the one with kudos and high tips for a service well done so this experience had to be bad! I had informed Andrew over the phone we had an older non-aggressive dog who would bark while I was showing them around and then she would lay down and be quiet throughout their time here. The team arrives and as I answered the door and said hello, the gal in front was eating something and gave me no response but a smirk. Ok, no big deal, I brushed it off. Maybe she was hungry and couldn't eat in the car? They came in and asked if they can use my vacuum. I found this odd due to using a company in the past who up front will give a discount if they use my products. I said yes, however the suction hose was not working. They asked if they could look at it because they could probably fix it (as if they didn't believe me). After inspecting my vacuum, they agreed with me and pulled theirs out of their car. Great 10 minutes wasted when I'm paying p/hr. Back to my old dog. Our home is small so it was about 5 minutes of showing them around. As told, our dog immediately was quiet and laid down once finished. Throughout the time of showing them around, the one who was eating and didn't say hello, kept making comments under her breath. I ignored it until I heard her say, "that damn dog should be put outside". Our dogs are our family so now I'm annoyed. I turned to her and said, "I'm sorry, do you have a problem with my dog?" -please remember, I had previously discussed this with Andrew. And yes, I could have put her outside, but it was in the middle of the summer, she has a ton of hair and bad knees so it is a lot to get her outside. Still doesn't matter as Andrew told me over the phone it was no problem at all, they would work around her. (like other companies have done in the past) When they told me they were done and the total, I asked if it would be cheaper than Andrew's quote because it was p/hour and they finished up about 35 minutes early. The supervisor who was present responding by saying, "well, we did all the work anyways". That's true if you are charging me a flat rate, however hourly with a crew of four adds up. Perplexed again, I said, "ok?" After they left, I spent 45 minutes cleaning. It was very apparent they did not move stuff to dust. My hardwood floors had to be re-mopped. Perhaps I just got them on a bad day, however I'm still baffled at what occurred. Following that experience, I found another company who is amazing and much cheaper. And what a concept, I can actually enjoy my house instead of cleaning it after they leave. Ok, long rant over... read more

I recently moved to Texas and Out of Sight came to my house in California, which was a complete and total disaster......and I mean DISASTER. Dirty doesn't even begin to cover it. Ok, First of all... I thought my house was ok, not super dirty. I mean it wasn't filthy gross, that's a fact. But it is nice to have a good deep clean at least once a year. Most people call it "spring cleaning" but for us it is in the fall after the dust, dirt, dog shedding, is done but before the holidays begin. So what I though, "isn't super dirty" wasn't really but the deep clean made this place sparkle! Sooo, let me just start by saying, that, unfortunately, I went down the alphabet to find house cleaners who had the human resources to do a great job in one day. And, NOBODY FOLLOWED THROUGH! So, after 3 weeks of no shows and "great we'll call you and let you know when we can get you in the schedule because you know, it gets pretty busy around the holidays..." (Yeah, I know, and so do I, that's why I don't have time to clean my house!). So, 3 weeks of no call back for scheduling a date... I finally get to "O"-- Out of Sight Cleaning. Thank god, I made it that far, because they are beyond any expectations I had prior to them coming out here. Thank you Andrew for calling me back within an hour!!!! Thank you for sending Jonathon out two days later to itemize a precise estimate, answer any questions and ask me questions I wouldn't have thought to ask myself, you or him. And when the day came, the team showed up on time, we went over everything in the itemized estimate before they started working (thank you for the accuracy Jonathon), and then they went full throttle to eradicate the dirt, dust, cob webs (I didn't know were even there until I actually saw the corner of the ceiling afterwards), vacuuming the carpets, cleaning the holy heck out of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, window frames, sliding glass door railings... and every single surface they could find! I could go on and on. Their work was SPECTACULAR! Way beyond my expectations! Then, Jonathan showed up to deep clean the carpets. We discussed the rooms, communicated clearly about what he had been asked to do, and what our expectations were. The gear they had was professional level and not something I could have done with my own little steam cleaner. He was done within the time estimated and the job is finished, not only to my satisfaction, but, again, beyond my expectations. I asked Jonathan to thank the team who came out and he called them the "Teal Team". So thank you to the Teal Team! You did a phenomenal job. So, yes, I was long winded in my description of the services of Out of Sight Cleaning. However, I feel that their professionalism and expertise was deserving in the review I have given. Out of Sight cleaned our newly construction home. It was supposed to be a "deep cleaning." Their work was mediocre. When they supposedly were finished, my wife walked through the house and showed them several cabinets and shelves they missed entirely. After they left my wife went through the house again and found more cabinets and doors that were not cleaned. The next day, our contractor commented on the white dust that was missed on upper door jams and doors, and said he found considerable grout dust in our master shower. He was surprised to hear that the shower had been cleaned at all! It was not a "deep clean" and certainly was not a sufficient cleaning for us to move in. Because we had a short time frame before moving in, we completed the cleaning ourselves. As noted in another review, the company provides a 24-hour guarantee. We did not have time to take advantage of that offer. Also, we do not believe we should have to conduct a thorough inspection within 24 hours of receiving a professional service or be inconvenienced by a return visit. We prefer to hire companies that get it right the first time. read more

I waited six weeks to get on their list they finally came and did an unacceptable job many things deleted not done overlooked terrible service. unfortunately I'm the kind of woman that always give somebody a second chance and I did that after waiting another six weeks for an appointment only for Andrew to call me and give me some bullshit line that he can't take any more new customers because of scheduling issues well I found out that's totally not the truth he doesn't want to hire anybody else and doesn't want to pay people that really know what they're doing!! moved up here a couple years ago from the bay area where everything is taken care of and an excellent very professional way and you pay for it as well but moving up here was a total surprise please don't ever give your money to out of sight cleaning there Hass to be somebody else out there that will do the job the way you want them to,be there on time in a very professional way!! My wife and I decided to go with Out of Sight Cleaning because of all the positive reviews we read. Big mistake. We paid for their move out cleaning service and we still aren't sure what they actually did. We gave them a list of emphasis items (window tracks, glass surfaces, oven, etc) and not a single one of those items were done. My wife even stayed and HELPED clean and it was still a sub par service. Even our landlord, upon walk through inspection, was baffled that a cleaning service was done. She didnt believe us until we showed her the receipt. The cleaners were more interested in watching and sharing youtube videos than cleaning the house, which is even more disturbing when my wife said the owner who was helping was the worst offender. We paid $350 for the service. My wife had to spend 8 hours after they left to finish cleaning the house. They offered us a 10% refund. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and hard to deal with. Never again. Edit to my review: Everything I stated is truthful. This cleaning happened June of 2016 in the Wildwood Ridge sub division. We attempted to have things rectified with you. You offered to come back out, I told you I would attempt to meet you. I gave both my work and cell numbers to call me when you or your worker were on their way. I never got the call. read more
