This company is horrible they use independent contractors to clean they profit over 60+% of what is paid for the job if they even pay the contractor for the job!! Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. I paid for a deep cleaning service and was shocked by the condition of my home afterward. There was visible dust left on light fixtures, residue and dirt on surfaces, missed spots throughout the home, and areas that looked as though they hadn't been cleaned at all. I had to send multiple photos because the issues were so obvious. What made matters worse was the cleaner's attitude. At one point, she sarcastically asked whether she was supposed to wipe down the floors. During a deep clean. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about the level of service I received. She also didn't seem to know how to properly reassemble parts of my refrigerator after cleaning it. The company acknowledged the cleaning was unacceptable and offered a re-clean. We agreed on a specific day and time, yet when the day arrived, they admitted they still hadn't secured a cleaner. After multiple excuses, delays, and broken commitments, they eventually told me they couldn't accommodate the agreed-upon appointment after all. The most insulting part was the resolution. After delivering a poor-quality cleaning, wasting my time for days, failing to honor the scheduled re-clean, and causing significant inconvenience, they offered only a 30% refund. Apparently that was their idea of making things right. A professional company should not need multiple chances to perform a basic deep clean, and customers should not have to spend days chasing a company to correct mistakes that never should have happened in the first place. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this service. There are too many cleaning companies in Las Vegas to risk dealing with this level of incompetence and poor customer service. read more

This is a fraudulent company. I hired them for a move out clean and they literally did not do it. Flooors, drawers, walls, shower, oven (paid extra for it) and similar were uncleaned. I paid extra for the fridge and they cleaned that, but essentially that was it. I reported this and requested my money back as I paid for services not received. First they offered a 15% refund, then 40%, then 50% but refused to refund me at the level I requested (full minus the refrigerator cleaning because that was completed). I am process a charge back for these fraudulent services. I'm including screenshots of my conversation with their customer service as well as post "clean" photos of my unit. Cleaning quality wasn't too bad. The cleaning lady was very rushed and did the minimum possible. I asked her to clean my glass door and she said it wasn't included. Then she showed me a description of the cleaning and it had "doors and windows" in the description. The lady also told me "you get what you pay for". She brought her son to help her, and she was yelling at him the whole time. I won't use them again, but if you're looking for mediocre, affordable cleaning, this is your place. read more

Deeply Disappointed - Not Worth the Cost or Stress Judging from the reviews, this cleaning service seems hit or miss depending on which cleaners you get. Unfortunately, in our case, it was a total miss. We booked a deep clean and got far less than a standard clean from the team assigned to us -- Maha and Mario. They arrived 47 minutes late and did a subpar job across the board. Baseboards and corners in multiple rooms were missed, the stove and microwave were left with streaks and cloudy residue, and they did not clean behind or under the stove and fridge -- which was specifically listed as part of the deep clean. Window sills, vents, office shelf, and various fixtures were still dusty. The shower door had streaks, the washer and dryer still had fingerprints and detergent residue, and the floors clearly weren't mopped thoroughly -- there was still dog hair in corners and under furniture. They even missed behind indoor plants and under a dining bench. Maha asked to do a walkthrough before leaving. At first, she was receptive and re-wiped some areas, but when I kept pointing out more missed spots, she became defensive. When I showed her a spot on the floor that was still dirty and cleaned it with a Clorox wipe, she responded with, "You can't expect us to get on our hands and knees." I wasn't expecting that -- I was expecting a deep clean, which is what I paid $435 for. I ended up using my own steam mop to show that it could be done standing. After they left, I kept finding more missed areas -- untouched counters, crevices, and clear signs that many areas were never cleaned properly. I contacted customer service and sent photo evidence of all the issues, and all they offered was a 20% discount. That's not a solution -- I feel completely scammed. I paid a premium price and now have to pay another cleaner to finish the job. Save yourself the money and the stress -- skip this company. read more

I'm very disappointed in SteamPunk House Cleaning's customer service and cleaning service. We were charged $170 for a 3 hour, standard cleaning. We have since found out this is a subcontracting service in Las Vegas that lists cleaning adds on Indeed and Glassdoor for cleaners to service the Sacramento Valley. Just another start up that only cares about making money and not about the quality of service provided. My partner was home the entire cleaning and mentioned that while the cleaner was very nice and thorough with the baseboards and window tracks, he started running out of time toward the 3 hour mark and my partner had to ask the cleaner to stop so that we were not charged extra time. The cleaner did not clean the counters, sink and microwave in the kitchen. The floors were not mopped in the bedrooms or bathroom. The toilet was not thoroughly cleaned. Our nightstands, living room end table and cabinet in the den were not dusted. When I reached out to Customer Service to explain we were not satisfied with the cleaning and what was missed in the 3 hour cleaning the company recommended and scheduled it would take to clean our 3 bedroom/1 bath home, 1,100 sqft. home, I was dismissed. I was told to refer to the checklist (which we had multiple times), and was provided 2 photos taken by the cleaner. 1 of a wet area on part of the floor to make it look like they mopped, and 1 dark photo of the entire living room. I provided detailed photos of what was missed and still dismissed. My partner and I asked for another cleaner to come out and finish the job, or to be compensated for what was not completed, and we were told "just to mop the floors?". Mopping is one of the major benefits a client looks for when scheduling a house cleaning. We were told by customer service they were going to "investigate" the matter and never received a call back with a resolution. But we're were charged in full at 1:03am. All we wanted was for the job to be completed, especially at the rate of almost $57 an hour. This service feels almost scammy. I'm rating so low due to the dismissive customer service, the cleaning service would have been great if the above mentioned items had been completed. read more

Absolutely the worst service ever!! I called a few days before to make an appointment for 1/21/2026 at 1pm. They called me back several times trying to switch the day and time at which I told them was not possible. On the day of the cleaning I had two ladies come to clean which they both started fighting with each other. They were verbally cussing each other out in Spanish. They had no idea I could understand and it was very awkward. On lady ended up getting in her car and leaving. When I asked the other lady what happened she simply told me the girl just didn't want to clean and she left (which I knew was a lie). After about 5 more minutes the other lady packed u land left because she said she couldn't do it alone. When I called the company to let them know what the heck was going on they literally replied that they would give me a partial refund!!!! Keep in mind my house wasn't cleaned at all and all this happened within 15mins from the time of the cleaning ladies arrival. This is horrible service and they left me stranded with a dirty house. BEWARE! We've used Steampunk to clean our two-story home for many months and have generally been pleased. However, everyone should be very aware of what happened to us and what would likely happen to anyone else if something in their home got damaged by this company's cleaning service. Accidents do happen, after all. In our case, the ceramic floor in our master bathroom got badly gouged across four tiles. We're very certain of how it happened but have no doubt whatsoever that the damage was caused by the cleaning crew and was accidental. At first, it was taken seriously by the local manager who said, at my invitation, that the team leader would come by to look at the damaged tile and then asked for a cost to replace the tiles. Before I came up with an estimate, it was then learned the team leader wouldn't be coming. I received a text reading, "I don't think it's necessary for her to come by, as we will take care of calculating the labor cost. We'll let her know the final amount once it's worked out." The next day, I communicated the initial estimate that I received of $500-$600 and I made clear that I was open to anyone else's estimate. At that point, it went to the owners and the tone of the texts changed. They did a so-called "investigation" that was concluded based solely on the word of the team leader. My statements of what I personally saw and said clearly didn't matter. I twice requested that the local manager, the owner and the team leader meet with me and my wife at our home. The response was, "unfortunately, we are unable to send someone to your home", and that there was no "concrete proof" for them to do anything about resolving the issue. So, everyone should know that unless you walk behind each of the cleaning crew and videotape their activities, you, too, could get screwed. read more

Disappointing experience. The cleaner and the customer service person seemed to have little communication about what was expected for a standard clean. The cleaner did not think that wiping down surfaces was part of a standard clean. The restrooms and kitchen were cleaned, however there was no simple organization (they didn't touch or move anything on any counter just to make it look tidy), I had to call about dishes being placed in the dishwasher. Cushions on the couch were not rearranged. Surfaces besides kitchen and restroom were not wiped down. While the rep offered to have the cleaner come back and offered a 15% discount on the clean I didn't feel it was worth it to have them come back. I paid full price for a standard clean and was on the phone with the rep for the first 25 minutes of the clean asking her to communicate with the cleaner what was expected.
