Lemon is a phenomenal cleaning service. My previous cleaners couldn't accommodate weekend cleanings any longer, and I was forced to find an alternative cleaning service. I was concerned I wouldn't find another company that could bring the value and thoroughness that they provided. I reached out to a handful of service companies and decided to give Lemon a try based on their reviews, and that they came recommended by Las Vegas' former Yelp Community Manager, Taylor. After using their monthly since the start of 2019, I can confidently say they live up to their 5-star hype. They are trustworthy, timely, professional, and friendly during each visit. It is a treat to have my house cleaned by their team -- it is thoroughly deep cleaned on each cleaning service (even MORE than before which is wonderful). Their attention to detail makes the shine. They always show up promptly on their agreed schedule dale with two cleaners for our house. Each service, they scrub our bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and other living spaces top to bottom. Everything is deep cleaned, wiped down (including baseboards/fans), dusted, and smells so fresh when they're finished. They accommodate our weekend cleaning requests (we have to have cleanings in weekends since we have two dogs)and are super responsive when I reach out to schedule service. I am so happy I booked a cleaning with Lemon, LLC! They were prompt and professional. I was happy to see the amount of cleaning supplies they arrived with that they were prepared to get to work. My kitchen is sparkling and my tubs look like new. We have a guest coming from out of town and they made our guest bedroom and bathroom look so fresh and inviting for their arrival. I have three dogs who don't care for strangers that they were very patient with as well. They spent a good amount of time at my house. I have about 1600 sq feet and I felt they really took their time getting the job thoroughly completed spending about three and a half hours here. I have had cleaners in the past that have missed spots like under the dining table and the corners, but not Lemon. They even cleaned under my dogs' crates. I am legit impressed. I used request a quote to reach out to several cleaning services across Las Vegas. I was moving out of my place and the last thing I wanted to do was clean it from top to bottom. Not only did Lemon reach out to me right away, they quoted me way below what other cleaning agencies were asking. I was a bit nervous about that at first, but when I went back to check out the place after they were done it was clear that they know what they are doing and they care about doing a good job. They only brought two people to clean my two bedroom, two and a half bathroom. It was the owner and another employee. They were really really nice and I left them alone to do their thing. They insisted I leave any trash behind, they would take care of it all. They certainly did and event vacuumed a swirly design into the carpet. I'm kicking myself a bit that I didn't take any before/after photos. #badyelper I have yet to know if I received my full deposit back but I'll be very surprised if I don't. I've been so busy but finally got a chance to write this review! I originally sent a request for a quote to 4 businesses suggested by yelp. The first to reply was a lovely guy from this company. His quote was the best price and he had availability on a Saturday morning a few days later. The team of 3 beautiful Brazilians showed up promptly on time and set to work right away after a few instructions from me. They worked diligently for almost 3 hours straight and my house looked spotless when they were done. They cleaned blinds, ceiling fans, a refrigerator and even scrubbed the lime off the shower door. I have used Lemon twice now and they're so good at what they do! I had them clean my friend's house last week, and today they came and did mine. Just bought a house that was left in rough shape. I am selling a home in Las Vegas and I called Lemon to do a move out cleaning. I live out of state so when I arrived to the house I saw a mirror that I didn't think was scratched prior to Lemon cleaning the house so I called Luiz and he came right over. He said that they use gloves when they clean so he didn't think that they did it but he was more than willing to replace the mirror. I remembered when I was talking to him that I had taken pictures of the whole house (after some work was done) prior to his cleaning so I checked and it actually had the scratch prior to Lemon cleaning.
