I have been visiting this store for many years, and I've always had good experiences until my…read morerecent visit last week. I asked the woman at the front desk if she could help me get a pair of men's shoes from the top shelf. She never responded verbally, and her facial expression made me feel like I was bothering her. She didn't seem approachable or willing to help, and her attitude made the interaction uncomfortable. I hope this was just an isolated incident and that other customers won't have the same experience. Customer service can make a big difference, and I hope future visitors are treated with a friendlier and more welcoming attitude.
