I feel somewhat bad and giving it only three stars but in reality the prices that stores such as Staples has just are way too high compared to what you can get on Amazon. So unless you're in a last-minute dire need of something specific, I recommend looking up your specific needed item elsewhere. They are wonderful and the people provide amazingly kind and helpful service. I use this for returning my products from Amazon and they were great and I think they consistently give a discount if you return items through Amazon for that same day if you do decide and need something immediately from the Staples store. read more

I went to the store to return a UPS package. The directions on the UPS package said to ask any store associate the procedures for the return item. I approached the print center and the associate there pointed to the back of the counter. At that time I noticed the stepping signs on the floor to follow for UPS. So I did that. As I was leaving she turned to another customer and said "You would think she could have seen the big orange sign that says UPS" . As I waited my turn the next associate still had a customer at his counter, but he impatiently said next to me. It really is not comfortable to be next to another customer to be waited on. He too was very snarky and impatient. Is this store so busy that they can't take their time appropriately for their customers and try to at least be respectful? I have taken advantage of the Copy & Print center at Staples and it has been such a convenience! They have a self-serve section where you just put your card into the printer and they charge your card for the copies you need to make (no waiting in line to speak with an employee and explain what you need!). The last time I went, there was a line forming, and the 2 employees there were super busy. An employee noticed right away and stepped in to personally help me. A daily chore for me is writing, my job requires it, I have a computer, but it's not the bulk of our business, at least not yet (working on going paperless), it seems that I manage to go through a pen a week, if I use what my manager buys, the skinny little plastic pens that leak, break and often end of making the hand hurt, I wouldn't be able to write for long. So I am always on the look out for just the right pen, one that fits my hand, the area of pressure that my fingers feel during each stroke is cushioned, that requires a fatter pen than most. I like a gel pen, it seems to flow more fluid like on the paper. Today I am searching the Staples store. There are many different brands and styles to choose from, previously I had bought a Staples brand pen that seemed to fit just right, it's refill packs come with two black and one blue medium gel ink refills for $2 so I figure it's worth it. But I wanted to try something new and picked up a couple different pens, as I was going to the check out register, I found a display with a new product that was gel ink pens, three pack made from recycle plastic bottles. How cool is that, I bought a pack and couldn't wait to give them a try, what better way to minimize waste and help the environment. I use both bottle water and pens, so this seemed like a win win situation. Once I actually used them, they worked very well for me, and am looking forward to getting more. The Staples Office Superstore always has good prices, and good deals, if you sign up for the members card, you can receive coupons and even take advantage of their many rebate offers as well. Compared to other office supply stores, Staples seem to have the right prices, the right selection, and now with three locations in Vegas, closer to home! read more

This amazing woman saw that the file was corrupted and offered to retype by hand the new page, and she did so in less than five minutes and emailed me the new copy she made. The best customer service I've ever had in Stables, or from a secretary for that matter. I had to let you know what a valuable professional she is. I was just blown away by her foresight to my needs and the ability to carry it out in less time than I needed, and was happy to be of service. I had an amazing experience at this store today that I downloaded the yelp app just to share my experience! First of all, I found a great deal on laminating film. However, the best part of my experience was when the manager, too bad I didn't catch his name, provided me with excellent service. First of all he waited patiently while I ran to get a third box of the laminating film because it was such a great deal. Then I mentioned to him that I wanted to add a case of water bottles and he offered to get it for me (I was already at the cash register). The best part was when he asked me if I wanted him to carry it out to my car! Wow, best service ever! Unfortunately, I don't know his name but he was working today (11/3/17) at 4:00 pm. I always use Staples in Las Vegas for all of my business forms, advertising, etc. I choose to go there, because the staff is exceptionally helpful, more so than the staff of either of the other competitors. Unfortunately, I have not had the same experience with the Staples in St. George. I'm starting to get the impression that helping people with their printing is the equivalent of scrubbing the latrine in the military. It's the shit job that nobody wants. That you get if you're the new guy, have pissed somebody off, or no one likes you. I felt like everything I needed was a dreaded inconvenience, and that my requests were painful to execute. There was absolutely no friendly greeting, and no attempt to be helpful etc. That said, I found the rest of the staff in the store to be quite helpful, warm, and friendly, and the quality of the printing seems to be fine... which is why I rated 2 stars. read more

After trying to download intuit software for 5 hours and dealing with intuits customer service phone reps that are incredibly difficult to understand I finally went to staples and purchased the software on a disk. Still couldn't get intuit software to work from the disk so I returned it to staples and they were nice enough to give me a full refund. They were extremely helpful with both the purchase and the return. read more
