He chose a box that was too small and instead of finding a bigger box to fit everything, he cut another box up to try and make it work? We told him that the package needed to make it to its destination safe because it contained expensive work materials and he didn't seem to understand or care and kept trying to make his Frankenstein-of-a-box work. Thursday Update: the package was supposed to arrive today and we got notified (EOD) that it hadn't shipped. We have no idea where our shipment is and if it's ever going to make it to the destination, let alone in one piece.
