Considering that the price is negligible, I never checked my bank when I went there. Today I learned that they count on that and it's my intention to stop it through whatever channels are necessary. These people stole from me and they should pay just like any other thief. Let's use today for an example. Today, I went and washed and dryed my clothes. The machines told me it would cost $7.00 for the wash and $2.00 for the dry. I went to my banks app and found out it was actually $12.00 for the wash and $4.00 for the dry. That's a small but proportionally large example of them stealing from me. There were no signs saying it would cost more or that there would be any fee and there was no separated fee. Just charges to my bank account that.m were higher than what I was I told which is, by definition, stealing or "fraud" which is how I will write it in my report. The point is, don't go to spin city if you don't want them to steal from you because they will. If you don't believe me, go there, use your card and then look at your account. If enough people did that and realized they were getting ripped off, we could solve this problem as a community. I'm all about supporting small businesses but I'm also all about exposing thieves who steal from me. If I'm effective, this review will be outdated. If I'm not, you're being ripped off by Spin City laundromat. Maybe they are using some loophole I'm not aware of but if I can prove fraud, this will stop.

The attendant was helpful and attentive maintaining great order in the shop as she worked on regular customer laundry. I have made repeated…read moreattempts to contact them regarding a refund for the remaining balance on a reusable laundry card after relocating out of state, and there has been no response or effort to assist. There is no clear working contact method, and they have effectively refused to address the issue. By comparison, other facilities such as Wash Rite Laundry were more than happy to accommodate the same request promptly and professionally. Customer service matters, and unfortunately Beachside has fallen well short.

I asked him to look at the cameras & he said they weren't working. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY TO HAVE YOUR BELONGINGS STOLEN!!!
