The washing machine cycle was 23 minutes but did a great job. The clothes were clean and smelled fresh. The dryers have multiple settings which allowed us to make the perfect choice for our needs. Our extended family is here for vacation and I told the other members that this is the place to come. When we visited there were lots of machines but it's open 24/7 so you can find a time that suits you best.

The attendant was helpful and attentive maintaining great order in the shop as she worked on regular customer laundry. There is no clear working contact method, and they have effectively refused to address the issue. By comparison, other facilities such as Wash Rite Laundry were more than happy to accommodate the same request promptly and professionally. Customer service matters, and unfortunately Beachside has fallen well short.

I waited for the wash to complete in my car with my AC running. The first washing machine I opened had raw potato peels in the washing drum (I showed the attendant who found it funny, while I stated it is disgusting). She did not lift a finger to clean up the issue. I found an acceptable, different washer thereafter, Not an establishment I will return to. He was behind the counter taking care of business and helping customers and took time to guide me on which machines to use (and saved me money at same time)! I brought two large trash bags from the nearby animal shelter with dirty, pee-stained linens that came out great at the end! To fill two washers and dryers for normal cycles and 40-minute high heat dryer sessions, we spent about $15. There is a cash converter for anyone that doesn't already have change, but there aren't any options that I saw to use credit or debit cards. There are optional soap, bleach, and softener dispenses. There is a large parking lot for customers, as well as designated surfaces for folding clean clothes. If you need any help transporting loads, there are baskets on wheels that can be rolled to and from your car. Overall, it's a great option for anyone without reliable appliances.
