Very friendly staff and fantastic customer service! They do alterations and dry cleaning (hard to find in NSB)! They offer a great program where you can purchase a "green bag" - but one for $9.00 or 2 for $18.00. They put your clean clothes in the green bag instead of the annoying plastic! Then, fill the bag up with your new clothes to be dry cleaned, drop the bag in the 24-hour drop off shoot and pick up again in a couple of days! Super convenient, especially for business travelers! They also just opened a beachside store in NSB by the Publix and Wal-Greens so even better!! After a horrible experience with at Foley's Dry Cleaning @ 1910 State Road 44, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168, where my white linen jacket was practically ruined and had yellow stains all over the front of the jacket, and I ended up having to pay to get my jacket back, after a month of waiting for someone to call me back, I took my favorite white linen jacket to the Vogue Cleaners @ 807 SR A1A, NSB. They are awesome! They took my jacket in and looked at all the stains that were done by the Foley's Dr Cleaning, and assured me that they will do their best to give me back my favorite jacket! Vogue Cleaners were very professional and extremely knowledgeable, and after a couple of days, they cleaned my favorite jacket, all the stains were done, and they didn't charge me for it!!! Everybody makes mistakes right ? Well, Vogue Cleaners takes the cake. With only two choices for dry cleaners in New Smyrna Beach, I chose Vogue for their fast turn around time. Well, I'd rather wait and have the clothes come back clean and un-damaged. Yes damaged. They have ruined no less than four 45.00 dress shirts claiming "they were like that when you dropped them off". Pants that had no stains when dropped off mysteriously have oil stains that cannot be removed. When I brought up my concerns to the owner Shannon, I just got a blank stare and more denials of responsibility. No attempt whatsoever to rectify the situation. It's a shame that in a small town there isn't much of a choice. If you want it fast take you clothes to Vogue Cleaners. If you want them done correctly and returned un-damaged, take them somewhere else. read more

We needed our dry cleaning done in a hurry on a Friday. It was for a funeral and I was in a panic. I knew it was a long shot to ask if we could have it done same day service.
