I would say the price is definitely expensive but they wrapped all my furniture with blankets then topped it with actual furniture wrap. Loaded and unloaded the truck in a very organized manner. And they drove from point A (NJ) to point B (IL), mind you that's a 14 hour commute, in one day (they stopped to sleep for the night). It was really a flawless experience. We chose the expedited option for our move so that's also why it was more expensive and what we were quoted didn't change at all because of the move option we chose. I would definitely feel comfortable moving with this company again! No complaints here!

The Sperry Resole Package was $90, and the cost of a new pair of the Gold Cup model on the Sperry website, as of August 2026, is close to $200, so I think $90 per pair is a really good value. OK, but not thrilled since it looks bad. I do't wear these boots too often since I have several pairs. i just noticed they also scraped the leather with the stitcher on the same boot. The leather is actually a little thinner now in this spot. The scrape runs parallel to the welt in an area where normal wear would not cause the scrape. In addition, the scrape shows up in a picture I took immediately after the resole. It appears they covered up the scrape with brown polish or another shoe product. They did not mention any of the issues when the boots were picked up by a family member that lives near Peoria. Do not recommend, and I will not use them again.

I was not able to pack, and their packing service was perfect. None of my items were broken during transit and she taught me how to be thoughtful about packing in the future. I thought I'd be on the phone all night directing folks, but instead, it took under two hours door to door from Urbana to Savoy for several large, awkward pieces of furniture like a bed with ... spires? poles?... and a big old reclining couch that had to be super heavy.
