When I finally decided to shop around for a quote, Farmer's was quoting me about $30 less a month for a comparable package than other agencies, but I still didn't totally understand what I was getting myself into, and decided to call my local agent to clarify some parts of the policy. Lucky for me, that agent was Kulwinder. She was really patient with me as I went through the policy line-by-line and asked her what different things meant. We went through a few rounds of (tediously) revised quotes with questions (a lot of questions, haha) between each round before I finally settled on a plan that worked for me. Even though I called her several times throughout this process, Kulwinder never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. She is super warm and patient, and I really enjoyed talking to her. I still hope I won't need or have to use my life insurance policy for a long time, but I do feel comforted knowing that, if anything changes or if I have any more questions, I can email or call Kulwinder to get some clear answers from a friendly face!
