I love my Le Pliage for travel - so roomy but also practical to be able to fold up and pack when I'm not using it. Von Maur no longer offers repairs as advertised on the Longchamp website, so I inquired about a repair here. Repairing the bag (corners had gotten worn out) would be $25, or $65 if I wanted to add leather reinforcements to the bottom). I decided to go with the $25 repair. From the outside it looked great when I picked it up. I unfolded it when I got home and have to confess that I felt like the repair was a bit basic for the price. Literally just sewed across, no serging the seam or anything. I could have done the same at home, but thought they were actually going to do something that would require a heavy duty machine and some skill. I'll still recommend, but maybe with some reservations with that experience in mind.

I'll more than likely end up with a pair of the insoles before long. My boyfriend will as well. We both have sore feet by the of the day (if not before). He might even end up with a pair of their work boots. They actually come in his size which is not an easy thing to find (his feet are small and wide). Their fashion boots were really cute but way out of my price range. We'll have to stick to the insoles for now.

The manager, (Adam, I believe?) knows what a good fit is, and assured me I would be completely satisfied, if I'm not, they will get me to be! No other company I've dealt with has that level of customer service. IF I needed to purchase boots more often, I would be here more, but luckily, Red Wings are the only boot I've owned that lasted longer than a year. Fantastic product.
