In 2024, I obtained insurance quotes from several insurance companies, and my husband and I decided to purchase auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies through Madia Insurance Agency, which sells Erie insurance, because they had the best communication, coverage, and premiums. Since then, my husband and I used the auto insurance to pay for a replacement windshield after a rock had flown off the road and cracked the glass. Madia Insurance recommended a particular repair shop. The repair shop replaced the windshield but unfortunately also cracked a bracket for the camera. We paid $100, and Erie paid the rest. Madia Insurance contacted the repair shop and got them to replace the windshield again and the camera bracket for free. My husband and I felt very happy that Madia Insurance advocated for us.

Also, most of these 5 star review are from initial contact for new policies. I agree, initially I felt warm and fuzzy. However, 6 months later, i cant get the simplest policy change done without jumping through hoops or stopping into their office, like anybody has time for that.
