They cleaned my couch, a staircase carpet, and my mattresses. I am very happy with the results. Pricing was reasonable. Technician was great! Just be aware you want to have enough time for everything to dry before you use it again; it was less than 8 hrs for my mattresses but took maybe 16-20 hrs for my staircase carpet, using a dehumidifier (maybe the A/C would have been almost as good). read more

I wanted our wall to wall carpeting cleaned, including our staircases and hallways. The carpeting is light colored and over 20 years old. It had gotten soiled over the winter and although I spot cleaned it, I was not happy with the results. Mr. Green Carpet Care received great reviews so I decided to call them. We were able to receive an appointment when we needed it and the technician arrived on time and did an amazing job! It looks like new! The staircases needed extra attention, and we are very pleased with those results as well. We highly recommend this company and will certainly use them on a regular basis! I have a very expensive Dinning-room rug I bought aprox 7 years ago. Was under the table. Not much traffic on it. But needed a good shampoo and cleaning. I called Mr. Green Carpet Care, (as per the wonderful reviews on line, considering others....). First time ever. An appointment was made. The company was in contact every few days. Especially on the actual appointment day. Which was extremely comforting. Knowing they are in tune with considerations for customers. Carlos came aprox on time. He was thoughtful genuine respectful and kind. We spoke a few minutes, he got to work immediately. Shades and colors of the rug are majorly different pending the lighting of the room. I asked him to re-do a part which he gladly did. After all said and done I was extremely impressed and satisfied with a job well done. I congratulate this company for all from beginning to end. I left a huge stain on my couch. Pretty much smeared chocolate ALL OVER. I bought the couch with zero knowledge of upholstery cleaning and tried the manufacturer's website for help. Their instructions applied to spot cleaning only, and when I tried it, the method didn't work. Then I noticed that they recommended a professional clean yearly and immediately Yelp-ed for options. They were rated five stars and everyone loved their work. Adir and I communicated Sunday--he was quick to respond and scheduled me a few days later. The cleaner that came showed up on time with one load of gear. He spent quite a while cleaning the cushions and frame. It had to dry overnight but the couch looks amazing! We've had it for a couple of years, and it really looks newer than it has for a while now! I didn't shop around or look for someone who could come sooner, and I didn't tell Adir I had stained my couch--just asked for a cleaning. I think the price I paid was absolutely reasonable for the amount of work done and the results achieved, and I expect to use them again anytime I need this kind of service. read more

I'm changing my review to 3 stars on the account of the poor customer service I experienced with a recent interaction with the office staff where there was some mixups around an appointment that I apparently "confirmed". Instead of the office handling this with professionalism, they insist that I "made" the appointment simply because I requested an appointment and specified which rooms I wanted cleaned. They even went as far as accusing me as being "confused" and then taking very passive-aggressive tones over text message when I tried to let them know that I never confirmed any appointments with them - saying things to me like "I made this up. Never mind. Have a nice day". It's a shame because I really enjoyed my experience the first time around and they did an outstanding job, but in light of this recent interaction, I am considering whether or not I will do business with them again. I only have good things to say about Mr Green Carpet Care. I reached out via Yelp after reading such glowing reviews and was not disappointed. Adir (owner) was highly responsive, punctual, professional, and the price was more than fair. My carpets are clean and my experience was so positive that I immediately added his number into my contacts for future cleanings. I found out the hard way that finding a carpet cleaning company with even a modicum of integrity is no easy feat. I literally got in contact with Mr Green Carpet Care, while standing on wet carpets, 5 minutes after having my carpets "cleaned" by 'All Green Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning', which was a total scam. They advertised $29 a room (I had 3 rooms) so I was kinda expecting a up-sell. But within 1 minute of walking through my door (almost 2hrs late) I was given the pitch... steam cleaning only, $29 a room; deep cleaning, $199 a room! The guy didn't even have a vacuum, just a cleaning machine. When I asked what was involved in the deep cleaning that made it so expensive, the guy kinda grunted, "stronger solution." I had zero confidence that our carpets would be $510 cleaner with what I had seen so far, so we cut our losses and went with the $90 steam clean. He "cleaned" all 3 rooms in under 30 minutes and left; the carpets were soaking wet and looked worse than when he started. Moral of this story... Go with Mr Green, you won't be disappointed!! read more

I just wanted to share what an overwhelmingly positive experience I had with this honest, hard working company. Adir is truly a rare gem of a human being. Please rest assured knowing how deeply he cares about figuring out a solution. I had originally called a different company due to scheduling. This company didn't ask many questions, sprayed shampoo on my stained couch and left within twenty minutes. When the couch dried, the stains remained, and I was out a few hundred dollars. I called Adir and he thoughtfully considered the problem and agreed to come a week earlier than he was able simply because he could intuitively understand how worried I was. When he arrived, we spoke and he meticulously cleaned the couch over the course of thirty minutes. And when some of the stains remained the following day, he came back immediately. Adir tried a different technique and the stains were removed. The service itself was reasonably priced, but it's the thoughtfulness that is priceless. I would have gladly paid double. In a city full of people that just want to take your money, Adir took the time to try again. And because of that, he's made a lifelong customer. Seems like a small problem to have some stains on a couch, but the way you helped made me feel optimistic about kindness in this city. Thank you again Adir. The good news: I found the company easy to work with. The cleaner who arrived at my apartment was courteous, careful, and kind. He appeared to do a very though job. Why 3 stars? : I have no idea what cleaning solution they actually used. The bottles had no label, and the cleaning person showed me a photo of the brand, on his phone. There's no scent to the solution whatsover, which means it's not a noxious chemical. That said, for all I know, it was water. For the $244 I spent, I would have liked a better assurance of what I paid for. read more

I have furniture delivery scheduled for this week and they were able to accommodate me in order to meet my delivery schedule. I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. I bought a rug from Craigslist without seeing it in person (unwise) and when I unrolled it, it looked beyond repair.
