As professionals who alter dresses I was expecting that they would know what the right length was. There were other hiccups such as putting in cups in the chest area to eventually having to remove them. I tried the dress on when I went to pick it up and the chest area would not fit. I let them know that I could not wear the dress like that so they removed the cups. Overall, I am disappointed with the service I got. I bought an expensive dress, paid a lot for alterations at amazing alterations and now have a dress that is completely ruined and was difficult to wear on my wedding day due to the length.

It does get a bit nerve wracking when they bring out the scissors and start cutting your dress, but don't worry they are professionals and know what they are going. I showed my receipt and was told she didn't charge you for the hood. I don't know why she didnt. So I asked how can you charge for the hood, she said it's detachable.
