I would go back to her in a heartbeat. The spa itself is beautiful and clean, and the entire staff is kind and attentive. I'm giving four stars only because I've tried fillers twice and, unfortunately, didn't see the results I had hoped for relative to the cost. I'm not sure if my body simply metabolizes filler quickly, but I didn't feel the results justified the significant price tag. That said, I completely understand how difficult it is for clinicians to find that perfect balance... not doing too little, but also not overdoing it. I truly appreciate that they are trying to achieve a natural result while also making sure clients feel they received value. The nurses are super nice (especially Krysten!!), the clinic is very clean & the results are worth your money. Usually I have nothing bad to say, except I tried to call them through phone to reschedule my appointment in which I spoke with Nicole at this Escondido location who came off very rude, sarcastic and standoffish. I usually have a full body session in which it came to my attention that they are no longer allowed to do this. Usually I do up upper body and then they let the machine cool down for a bit and then do lower. If this is an issue then I don't understand why my last 6 sessions has been scheduled like this. I totally understand Nicole if you can't do this, and I don't want you to get in trouble but the customer service and sarcasm is completely unprofessional and makes me not want to come back as a loyal customer.

First I had Titan laser performed on my face, not only did I see a difference but I found the procedure relaxing and not painful at all. I also had laser vein removal on my legs. I had gotten laser on my stomach before from another clinic and it did not work. I was pretty upset so I went ahead and got electrolosis and it went away. I came to Sev with low expectations due to my previous laser experience at the other clinic. I walked in and I was not greeted by the front desk receptionist. I signed in with the Ipad. After my laser treatment- the front desk receptionist told me I was supposed to sign in with her... well you did not greet me when I walked in and you asked all the other patients in there to sign in with the IPad so I followed the lead since it is my first time here and I have no clue what I am supposed to do. Anyways- I got my treatment done. My nurse was amazing. I wasn't expecting this to work. But it has been 2 weeks and my hair is ACTUALLY starting to fall out. I never experienced this at the last clinic.... Anyways- I would absolutely love to buy a package for the 1.5 years, but I just started a testosterone treatment that will make me hairy and my doctor advised me to old off on laser right now. The ladies at the front desk and the laser technicians are always very pleasant - I want to give Ari Flores a shoutout for always being so thorough and kind. I look forward to continuing my hair removal treatment at SEV - the results are great! I am currently in my maintenance phase so I come in about 4-6x a year depending on how consistent I am.
