They also seem super high tech, not just telling me what they're seeing in a way I could understand, but showing me with their nifty 3D scan of my actual teeth. Overall it was a way better experience than I could have expected. I still had my anxious moments but they responded with kindness and went at my pace without any pressure or expectation. I am thankful to call them my new dentist and that they helped me work on my New Year's resolution of taking better care of my teeth.

Told him I prefer to limit x-ray exposure. "Only a few would be taken" 17 x-rays and 2 x 360 degree because he screwed up the first one. Then 2 procedures recommended which a second opinion said were unnecessary. All that combined with scheduling error and wrong insurance plan billed. I suggest avoiding this practice.

I walked into this practice owned by a female denturist. She was kind, intelligent, and explained what would be needed in the way of a partial. All of the proposed work at the school was pretty much unnecessary. The price of the partial and all follow-ups was extremely affordable. The partial was measured and produced very quickly, within two weeks. I highly suggest you give this practice a try, as the first consultation is at no charge.

His dentist came out to greet him and his mom, explain the procedure, walked neohew and his mom to the room. Then the receptionist escorted his mom to the waiting room where I was. She said, "It's best if you're not there. He needs to learn to be without his mommy." WTF! You don't refuse a child from their parent(s) when there's a medical or dental procedure of a recently turned 5 year old! I completely understand kids need to learn independence one way or another but the fact that they "kicked her out" of the room where her son was in WHILE he was screaming for her, is completely unacceptable. Then the receptionist tried schooling nephew's mom on how to "let go." Are you f***ing kidding me?! He was forced to sit in the dentist chair and scream/cry for 45 minutes while his mother was NOT allowed to go in the room with him. Honestly, I think everything would've been fine if she were there. All his other appointments were a breeze with her in the room. After 45 minutes, the dentist pretty much refused to fill his cavity because he "wasn't behaving" in his chair. Well duh, if you don't let his mom in and assistants are holding him down he's gonna freak the hell out. Dentist had the audacity to refer him somewhere else and "waive" the fee for today's appt. Yet when she met with him and his mom, she bragged how great she was with kids his age. How she can handle screaming kids. Yet she couldn't work on him. Never even started the procedure!! Definately DON'T recommend this place for kids or people who don't do well with dentists. You never know, they might refer you somewhere else cause they can't handle your child or you. Very unprofessional, in my opinion.
