FUNERAL FLOWERS DELIVERED TO WRONG TOWN!! WE WERE GIVEN LESS THAN $10 CREDIT !! Since the flowers weren't there in accordance with the agreement between the funeral director and Hart's florist, I called and left a message. Since I didn't hear back, I called again and finally spoke to someone. After much discussion they found that instead of delivering the flowers to Juengel-Melendorf in Sebewaing, MI they delivered them to Champagne Funeral Home in Pigeon, MI. Although the contract stipulated the flowers should be there at 9:30 for the visitation, they missed the visitation altogether, and showed up as the funeral was starting. My entire morning was ruined. Instead of spending my time being comforted during visitation, I was thrust into a stressful situation of dealing with Hart's florist. They offered my son a 10% reduction when they violated the contract!! I recommend you find a different florist who actually cares!

It was the Thursday before Mother's Day so I did have much hope. I called with my fingers crossed. I was greeted with a cheerful voice and was told they could deliver fresh flowers in a day or two. They asked for a price range and if I wanted a certain vase or basket. I pretty much left it up to them to do what they thought was best. I was not disappointed and neither was my Mom.
