The owner admitted the assigned assistant fell short of their standards and that she had her own doubts about this assistant based on first hand experience, but they still assigned her out to a client. The owner offered a partial refund and a credit for future services, which seemed like a fair handling of the situation. Upon asking questions about how the credit worked, the owner said she was revoking the credit because I "didn't understand the offer." I was surprised at the lack of professionalism during the entire experience and would not recommend Lambent to anyone.

Most recently I did a dinner party with some "royals" out on Long Island with one day notice and still have not been paid the amount of money that is owed to me and it's been almost five weeks in which he has done absolutely nothing about it. He will nickel and dime you so he can get a good rate for his clients and call a dinner party a tryout to get a much cheaper rate. Avoid him like the plague and go to a better agency who will treat you better and respect your time.

However, we only received the money in December 2025. It took six months to process the check. During the process, he repeatedly sent us the same documents for signature because each time we found errors in them, either in the dates, or in the addresses, or even in the surnames. In phone conversations, he was very unrestrained and rude. He was very careless with the documents. Even when he issued us three checks, two of them had errors. Our family strongly advises against using this lawyer's services.
