After he requested on 4/18/22 for me to send him a text first thing in the morning on 4/19/22 so he remembers to confirm I am on his schedule for later that week, still no results. I shouldn't have to do his secretarial work, but I did hoping to get the work done. Unfortunately, several texts between us and days later, still nothing. I gave up. We found someone else to complete the work and start the process of replacing all of our windows. I hear a lot of good about his work. So, maybe give him a try, but don't let too much time pass. Other companies I'd met with were more like high-pressure sales pitches with little substance. Their prices were good, and on the lower side of what I had been quoted elsewhere. Their employees were knowledgable and efficient. The whole process took about two days, and boy did they work hard! The crew showed up at 7:00am and worked until 7:00pm the first day. My only criticism is that the crew showed up at 6:30 am the second day, before I even got out of bed -- and it was a bit jarring to wake up to people walking around on my roof. But that being said, the whole process was efficient and transparent, and I will DEFINITELY use them again next time I need a new roof!

Chris just finished helping me do one of my toughest jobs, opening a hatch in our hardwood floor and removing 300sqft of rat poop find insulation, in preparation for a full home spray insulation project. His expertise and confidence are strong points, suggesting the right safety equipment, and proper disposal technique. He constantly made excuses and now he has apparently (?) disconnected his A&M Plumbing and Heating phone. We will be pursuing a legal case against him. Not a good man, nor a man of integrity. In a few hours shawn was able to diagnose the problem, swap a few parts, and do some custom welding. I was expecting to hear that this would cost thousands, and be a major overhaul.
