I was looking forward to seeing new houses with David because I quickly began to expect insightful input from him. David figured out what we were looking for before we knew what we were looking for. And still, he wasn't pushy at all (even though he kind of knew that some of the houses we threw on the agenda will never be "it" for us). David was very helpful during negotiations with the seller. I truly felt that he was on our side and had our interest in mind. David offered very helpful insight and support during the process. David was always accessible and available. Responded quickly. Never rushed to get off the phone. David went away for a week on a planned vacation while we were looking for a house, but he made arrangements for his team to continue working with us. Yes people at this brokerage they push their title company so the agents could receive an extra commission from that as well. He literally sent me texts saying "you'll get the keys after you sign." Our lawyer said he legally could not do that. Stay far away from this unethical, unscrupulous agent. He just wants for you to sign papers and close - not to make his clients happy but to get his commission.

Don't think that you as her client will be her priority; you will probably meet with her once. Every step of the process is delegated, which gets very frustrating when you want a clear straight answer and it takes several phone calls because every move still has to be approved by Pam. We thought she had enough experience to have insight to the market value but she proved to be inconsistent with her suggested list price, moving up and down from her original assessment. After making the recommended upgrades and spending over $10,000; we were ready for her professional photographer but we were derailed.
