Arosa came highly recommended to me from two different non-biased sources. I was looking for a very niche offering at my Community and Arosa filled that gap. One truly unique item to mention is that they bill in 15 minute increments. This is HUGE in the grand scheme of Senior Living and proxy services. A lot of families that need, for example, feeding tube services for their loved one will typically get dinged for 8-12 hours per day if their loved one needs 3-5 feedings. Folks, that's a lot of money. Arosa can step in to handle these services and cut overall costs down. They offer companion sitter services, as well, in case your loved one needs help with normal daily activities around the home. I would highly recommend them to my own family and friends, and will continue to have them as a resource for families in need.

I never felt so abused by my primary care provider (and I've had some real doozies in my day). We arrived 15 minutes early to fill out the necessary initial paperwork. The office is small and can accommodate about 10 people at a time. The office staff was very warm, friendly, and polite. We did not have a long wait, but we were called back 10 minutes after our scheduled appointment time (which is a personal pet peeve of mine) when there was no one there other than us and we arrived early. The nurse was very calm, caring, and understanding. She did her due diligence in asking questions relating to my wife's visit. She seemed to show genuine concern with my wife's issue (a.k.a. good "bed side manner"). The Dr. came in and thoroughly asked many questions relating to my wife's issues, gave what I thought was a complete exam, and patiently answered all of my wife's questions. The Dr. even stated that the issues that we originally thought we had were wrong and explained, in detail, why it was wrong (which I liked). The Dr. himself was very soft spoken. I will say, overall, I really liked this office, the staff, and the doctor. I hope you never need a Rheumatologist, but if you do, I would recommend Dr. Khasnis.
