Some of the caregivers are good but others do not receive the proper training before they are sent out to your home. My family member has received very POOR care since being with this company! And forget about knowing any of the office staff, including the OWNER! She is a Jamaican lady that makes big promises and as soon as she gets your money, you NEVER hear from her again. There was one Nurse that I really liked but I just found out that she no longer works there. I will be removing my family member from this agency as soon as possible! PLEASE do not send your family member to this agency. RUN, not WALK! You have been warned!
